There are 2 payment options available:
*Option 1: Pay trip in FULL at the time of booking
*Option 2: Make installment payments
If you choose to make installment payments, payments are due by the 1st of each month listed, starting with the Initial deposit payment, which is due .
This is a GROUP block, so it is imperative that all payments are made on time, as the resort is expecting all funds by a certain date. If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be sent a payment reminder. If we do not receive the missed payment, your room is subject to be canceled due to non-payment and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.
**Final payment is due by November 1, 2024 or your room will be cancelled without refund.
*Travel insurance is highly suggested to protect your investment. Missing a vacation is bad enough. It is each traveler's responsibility to communicate all information pertaining to this Getaway to/with their traveling companion.
Each traveler will receive an invoice showing their per person balance.
If a roommate cancels or backs out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new roommate or they may opt to change their reservation to a single-occupancy room at the appropriate rate.
