Communication is imperative in order to have a successful group trip.
Flights are included in the vacation package therefore prices will fluctuate until payment is received. If you are interested in a different flight or leaving from another state please email with the airline code. The price in the payment link is based on leaving from NYC. We will send a proposal with airline and resort details based on your home state. However, we do charge a non-refundable service fee of $35.00. The service will be collected prior to sending a proposal and a final invoice. If you have any questions regarding the service fee, feel free to contact us.
We will release the airline name after the initial deposit is paid unless you have a specific non-flying airline list. If you have a specific airline, we do charge a service fee of $35.00. Any alternatives of the Jerk Chicken and Red Stripe 2 information will be charged a service fee such as the number of travelers if it's over 2 travelers and special request.
No fee will be charged based on the flight information below or pricing indicated on the group link
The airline is a reputable airline company. We don't book Spirit or Frontier airlines.

1. Round-trip Airfare is Not included from your departure city but is available upon request.
2. Travel Insurance. Travel Protection Plan is Not included but is highly suggested and
available upon request. If you decline insurance you will have to sign a decline
insurance Waiver form.

Deposit/Payment/ Terms & Conditions
Deposit: $250 per person based on double occupancy. The deposit is non-refundable.
Option 1: Pay Trip in Full at the time of booking.
Option 2: Make installment Payment
It is each traveler's responsibility to communicate all information pertaining to this Getaway
to/ with their traveling companion
Each traveler will receive an invoice showing the room balance and the per person balance.
If a roommate cancels or backs out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new
roommate or pay the remaining balance on the room or pay the difference to have a single room
The monthly payment is due on the 8th of each month. It's imperative to notify the travel agent, Geniece Hodge if you are unable to make a monthly payment at least 24-48 hours prior to the date.

All payments are nonrefundable without Travel Insurance.

A Passport is required for this trip. Your passport must be valid 6 months after
the return date for any international travel.
Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your Passport.
The deposit payment per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate.
Room rates are based on the total occupancy Double Occupancy. If you are interested in Single or Triple occupancy please send a direct message.
Payment must be paid by credit cards or prepaid cards.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
All guest(s) on the reservation must be up-to-date with their payments.
If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy,
payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guest added to the
reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up-to-date.
Resort Protocol:
The Hotel will require you to present a valid Passport, credit, or debit card at check-in.
The card is required for any mandatory fee as well as any additional hotel incidental
charges such as spa services or phone calls which are not included in the room rate. A
special request is subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional
