Trip Leader: Brandi Comeaux (me). If I am unable to travel on this trip, I will indicate who the trip lead will be.
Here's what I do know (roughly) the trip will not be on Christmas day. It will likely be Dec 5/6 - 15/16 2025.
The idea is Germany/France:
Cologne
Aachen or Trier
Colmar
Strasbourg
Heidelberg
Frankfurt
Of course, this depends on transportation and other factors, but it's a rough idea of what we plan to do.
Travel Dates:
Minimum age: 6 and older
Rough Estimate$3500 per person, NOT including flights. I'd budget between $4500-$5000 per person for flights, insurance, accommodations, activities, some meals and ground transportation.
How the pre early-bird special works:
- $25 nonrefundable deposit per person.
- Option to pay into a "trip fund" (fully refundable, less $25 deposit if you do not officially register for trip).
- Once official registration opens up: You will have 14 days to officially register. On Day 15, spots open up to everyone else
- If you decide to travel with us: your first monthly payment ( even if you contributed to a trip fund) will be due as reflected on the terms and conditions of the trip that will be shared at official registration time.

If you decide not to travel with us and have contributed to your trip fund: you will be refunded in full, LESS the $25 nonrefundable deposit. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
This is a huge investment for my family, how do I know I can trust you?
