I authorize LH Travel + Leisure to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of LH Travel + Leisure. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Cancellation requests require a $25 cancellation fee per booking that must be paid upon cancellation request. This fee is separate from any other fees that are incurred but not limited to the airline, hotel or vendor.

Any post booking changes require a $25 change fee per change.  This fee must be paid at the time of your change request and is separate from any change fees by the vendor.

By submitting my Plan To Go Deposit of $35 per person, I understand that this deposit is non-refundable and will not be covered under Royal Caribbean Travel Protection if I cancel my booking. 

I understand that a passport is not required since this is a closed-loop cruise but it is highly recommended to have one. If I do not have a passport, I must have my government photo I.D. if 16 years of age or older and a certified birth certificate or certificate of U.S. naturalization as travel documents to board the cruise ship.  If I do not have a passport and get stranded at a port, LH Travel + Leisure may or may not be able help get me back home.
