Itinerary:

  • Welcome Party- Thursday, March 5th, 2026 - 7:00pm at Arbolea Terrace
  • Rehearsal Dinner - Friday, March 6th, 2026 - 7:00pm at Chiringuito Crudo
  • Wedding Day -  Saturday, March 7th, 2026 - 4:30pm at Water Mirror (by lobby)
 
 

Due Dates:

  • November 1st, 2025 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.

  • November 5th, 2025 40% of remaining balance is due.

  • December 1st, 2025 Remaining balance is due.

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Lizzy and Robert’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Lizzy and Robert have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.

 

  1. Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  2. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  3. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  4. Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
  5. January 2nd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 5th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between November 5th, 2025 and December 1st, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 30%
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 1st, 2025 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Conrad Tulum will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Conrad Tulum and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
