💰 Final Payment Policy
• All final payments must be received by August 1, 2026.
• A $50 late fee will be applied to payments received after this date.
• If payment is not received by August 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST, your reservation will be cancelled.
• No refunds. No transfers.
🛡 Travel Insurance (Highly recommended – Not Included)
• Travel insurance is not included in your package and must be purchased separately.
• Destins by Dorsey, LLC and its partners do not issue refunds and packages are non-transferable.
• In the event of cancellation, any reimbursement must be handled through your third-party travel insurance provider (subject to their terms and conditions).
• Travel insurance options will be provided once your trip is secured.
• You have 21 days from the date your deposit is paid to purchase travel insurance.

• You must provide your full legal name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your passport.
📆 Monthly Payments
• Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active.
• You may pay the suggested monthly amount, more, or less—but a payment must be made every month.
• While monthly payments are required, guests may not go more than 60 days without making a payment.
• If no payment is received within any 60-day period during the payment schedule, your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund or transfer.
Booking & Pricing Notes
• All prices are subject to change until deposits are received and applied.
• To secure a room, all deposits for that room must be paid in full.
• If one roommate has paid and the other has not, the room cannot be secured until all required deposits are received.
Travel Notes:
Virgin Voyages does not offer price matching; if prices drop, you must cancel and rebook, which may incur fees.
All cabins are priced based on market rates; group rates are not available.
Bookings are made under the current promotion, which determines the perks you receive, such as onboard credit.
Virgin Voyages no longer provides a free bar tab (Unless part of a current promotion).
Adding someone to your cabin after booking will result in the cabin being repriced at the current market rate. If you anticipate having a cabinmate, book at double occupancy.
Still waiting on the group chat to make a decision? Yeah… no. Don’t let anyone else’s “I’ll let you know” delay your passport plans. With our roommate matching option, you can book your spot solo and we’ll help pair you with a like-minded travel bestie. When you register, simply check 'I am booking solo and would like to be matched with a roommate' under Roommate Clause section. After securing your spot with a non-refundable deposit, a short compatibility questionnaire will be emailed to you so we can match you based on your travel style and preferences. Once both roommates are at least 75% paid, we’ll connect you before wheels up. Bottom line: you don’t need a full squad to take the trip.
