Our focus with any gathering is to test our personal limits in regards to healthy risk-taking. By redefining what we consider "risky," we can discover new heights and break glass ceilings that we thought were impenetrable. Be it extreme sports or deeper human connections, risk ultimately varies to each of us and lies on a spectrum. Our goal is to create a transformative trip filled with moments of awe-inducing adventure, cultural connections, personal development and celebration.

Is the deposit refundable?

- NO. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. Unfortunately, we have had MANY service members and veterans try to take advantage of our low rates and have robbed other interested participants of a spot due to cancelling last minute and not being able to fill the spot. We dedicate many hours to crafting these custom, budget-friendly experiences. We are a no-bullshit travel company and community. Don't ask, the answer is no.

Can I drive?

- If you currently reside in or around California, you are welcome to commute and join our group locally in Temecula! We just ask that you attend the entirety of the retreat.
What activities are optional?

- You're paying to be here, so you mine as well get the most out of it! There are numerous benefits to military personal in regards to meditation and yoga, so it is highly encouraged to participate.
Cancellation policy:
REFUNDS: Organizer understands that plans can change and the Participant’s retreat may have to wait. While the Organizer cannot transfer or allow for substitutions, we can help you with a refund. If Participants need to cancel, please email us at info@libo-risk.com to let us know as soon as possible, so we can send you a LiboRisk Retreat Cancellation Form and process a refund appropriately. Refunds will be processed as follows:
- The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, period.
- Reservations are 100% refundable (minus deposit) within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days of purchase, all reservations are 50% refundable.
- After 21 days of purchase, all reservations are non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS: We offer extended payment plans PAST the retreat dates to make things more affordable. Participants need to set up a recurring payment option during the reservation process.
- If a Participant cancels their recurring payment or does not pay the total amount remaining AFTER the retreat - that Participant will be banned indefinitely from ALL LiboRisk community activities to include virtual and in-person gatherings.
- Collections: If payment is not received by 60 days after the due date, and the Card on File is not able to be charged, Company reserves the right to seek payment through collections or any other legal means. Client shall be responsible for any outstanding balance in full, as well as any collection and/or attorney's fees incurred as a result of Company’s good faith efforts to collect any monies owed. Additional legal actions will be taken by the Organizer:

- Debt collection agency support
- Collection notices
- Small claims court action
This policy is subject to change; all registered participants will be notified of any changes. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any additional fees paid by Guest to any third parties, such as travel companies, airfare, etc.

Deposit: $350.00 per person
Accommodations: You will share rooms with 2 - 4 other participant for three nights. Our focus is on keeping things as affordable as possible! We will do our best to ensure you are comfortable as well and arrange roommates upon arrival. Some rooms have bunk beds, so we will try to arrange participants based on their comfort and ability to use bunk beds as well.
Meals: Included from the first evening of arrival to the final morning of departure.
Transportation to San Diego airport or the retreat property is not provided. Please arrange personal travel or hire our private driver at discount. A group chat will be created for all passengers for a single carpool if possible.
PAYMENT PLANS: We offer extended payment plans PAST the retreat dates to make things more affordable. You need to set up a recurring payment option, and we sincerely hope this provides you with greater flexibility and peace of mind as you pay off the remaining balance. With that being said, if you cancel your recurring payment or do not pay the total amount remaining AFTER the retreat - you will be banned for life from ALL LiboRisk community activities to include virtual and in-person gatherings.

We work with a wonderful gentlemen to provide private vehicle transportation to our retreat sites. We will create a group chat so we can coordinate a seamless carpool with you and the other participants. This is an exclusive partnership at a discounted rate. One way rates to Temecula from San Diego range from $90 - $120. This is a deal!
