• Roundtrip resort transfers to and from the airport/resort - if you are booking flights on your own, we will be reaching out to you around 60 days prior to departure asking for your flight information so that we can set up your transfers

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

• Airfare: We can add airfare on as part of your package! Just select the "Add airfare" option in your reservation and we will reach out to you with pricing.
• Travel Protection: We offer "Cancel for Any Reason" Travel Protection during your deposit. We offer both "cash back" and "travel voucher" options.
• Activities and Excursions Off Property: We will provide you with excursion options should you wish to add them onto your reservation!
• Although tips/gratuities are included, should you wish to tip any staff member that goes above and beyond - it's always appreciated. Note: tips are not included for your airport transfer drivers, spa staff, and any excursion guides.

UPGRADES AVAILABLE

• Private and/or luxury airport transfers - we can add these onto your reservation. You will receive an "Upgrade Me" email prior to departure should you wish to upgrade your trip.
• Preferred Club accommodation options - we will have Preferred Club room options for you to choose at booking, should you wish to upgrade!

• PLEASE MAKE ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS IN WRITING VIA EMAIL ONLY TO  GROUPS@DESIGNOURTRAVEL.COM. ALL ADULT GUESTS ON THE BOOKING MUST CONFIRM CANCELLATION.
• Upon receipt, we will review and reply with a confirmation of your cancellation and a cancellation confirmation will be provided to the traveler for any potential travel insurance claims they may need to submit.

CHANGE FEES

• CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: Any changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of the change.
• PLEASE NOTE: If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the change in the per-person occupancy rate.
• If a traveler makes changes to their reservation, an administrative processing fee of $50 PER CHANGE MAY be assessed in addition to any travel supplier fees/penalties. This processing fee is to cover our time spent processing your reservation change. This fee is per change and MAY double to $100 for changes made within 30 days of travel.  Fee must be paid prior to change being completed by Design Our Travel® LLC.

• Upon receipt, we will review and reply with a confirmation and an invoice for any additional fees that were incurred due to the change. 

• All travelers must have a valid US Passport (book NOT card). Your passport must have at least 6+ months of "life expectancy" remaining on it at the time you would be returning from your trip.
• The Dominican Republic has an electronic customs and immigration form that you will receive guidance from our agency on how and when to complete. Details will also be in your Design Our Travel® LLC Custom Destination Guide you will be emailed after booking.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT DUE DATES

• $100 per person (if we aren't including flights) is required at time of deposit.
• NOTE: ALL PAYMENTS ARE MANUALLY ENTERED BY OUR TEAM, NO PAYMENTS ARE AUTOMATIC. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your payment.
• Final balance will be due by 3/25/2026 at 5pm EST.  NOTE: If your final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation is subject to cancellation. Design Our Travel® LLC is not responsible for cancellations due to payments made after the due date.
• As a courtesy to our guests, everyone will be offered a complimentary monthly payment plan.
• LATE FEES: payments due that are not received prior to the due dates above will incur a $50 late fee. All reservations are subject to cancellation and hotel penalties as described above if final payment is not received on the due date. Late fees are not covered by the travel insurance and are always non-refundable. All late fees will need to be paid prior to a payment towards your reservation is  taken.

IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT COMPLETING YOUR RESERVATIONS

• Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport to complete your booking you must have all names of parties included in your room.
• Your passport number is NOT required to book your room or flight. Your boarding pass must match your Legal name on your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity from the time you are to return from your trip. Please be sure you have a passport book, not a passport card.
• Please note every field marked with an asterisk (*) on the booking form is required and you will not be able to submit the form without ALL mandatory (*) fields properly completed. Design Our Travel® LLC is not liable if the information is not entered correctly.
• Submitting information via the reservation form does not automatically confirm your reservation, or charge your credit card. Our agency will process the reservation/payment & email you a confirmation invoice within 2 business days.
• Our Business Hours are Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM - 5 PM EST and Friday 9:00 AM - 2 PM EST. (Evenings and weekends by appointment only)
• Once your booking form is submitted you will see a Thank You pop-up box confirming your submission.
• It is your responsibility to review the invoice terms and conditions upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Design Our Travel® LLC is NOT responsible for errors or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24hrs of receipt.

 FAQ's

• Do you offer assistance booking airfare? Most guests book air on their own - whether they are wanting to use flight credits, points, etc...booking on their own gives them the freedom to book how they want. 
• Can we add on extra nights? Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to add on additional nights to your stay.  You can email us at groups@designourtravel.com
• Do you offer payment plans? Yes! Take advantage of our flexible payment plan where you don't have to pay all at once! It's interest-free. Everyone will receive monthly reminders letting you know that if you'd like to make a payment towards your reservation, you can.
• Do you take cash or check for payments? No, Design Our Travel® LLC does not accept cash, checks, or money orders at this time.  We do accept credit and debit cards; please keep in mind that some debit cards have a daily limit. Should you card have a security measure in place, we may be reaching out to you if we receive a declination.
• How will I receive my final travel documents? All travelers will receive a copy of their final travel documents electronically via email 3-4 weeks prior to their departure date.
