Cancellation policy:

We realize that plans can change so we've established these flexible cancellation policies as follows:
 
Cancellations between 04/01/25 - 07/31/25: Full cash refund minus $150 cancellation fee
Cancellations between 08/01/25 - 12/15/25: 50% refund minus $300 cancellation fee
 
NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 12/16/2025. BOOKINGS BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
 
Akwasi's Cultural Corral LLC is not responsible for penalties or fees associated with canceled bookings for any reason, including COVID-related matters. We strongly encourage our travelers to buy Travel Insurance to protect your travel investment. We are happy to provide travel insurance quotes.
 
If Akwasi's Cultural Corral LLC is compelled to cancel this trip for any reason, all booked travelers will receive a full refund in the form of Future Travel Credit for another Group Getaway or a full cash refund based on traveler preference.
