Truly Majestic Travels Terms & Conditions:
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments and deposits made to TRULY MAJESTIC TRAVELS are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee WILL apply.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- A monthly payment plan will be set up and established for you upon registration/booking. You can/may choose to submit a payment larger than the minimum monthly payment that has been established. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If you miss two consecutive payments, your trip will be cancelled. If space is still available and the departure date has not yet passed, a trip reinstatement fee of $150 per person will be added. You must pay any and all fees including your past due balance for your trip to be reinstated. Please keep in mind that all payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable
- Excursions/Activities planned are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged or refunded. You may; however, choose not to participate.

ATTENDEE IS AWARE THAT TRAVELING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC MAY REQUIRE EITHER A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST OR TO BE FULLY VACCINATED IN ORDER TO ENTER CERTAIN DESTINATIONS. ATTENDEE IS AWARE THAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON DESTINATION AND THEIR SPECIFIC ENTRY REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET OR ENTRY WILL BE DENIED. ATTENDEE IS ALSO AWARE THAT IF THEY FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS OF ANY DESTINATION THAT THEIR TRIP DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE PROPER TRAVEL PROTECTION/INSURANCE PLAN HAS BEEN PURCHASED BY CLIENT UPON INITIAL TRIP BOOKING.
- Name Change Fee – $50 before final payment date on your invoice; + any vendor fees after final payment date on your invoice.
- Late payment of $150 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- In the event that your roommate chooses to cancel, you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate unless you find a replacement (name change fee of $25 applies)
- Final Payment is due JULY 1, 2022
- Travel Insurance is an additional cost and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
- Truly Majestic Travels Group Harmony Policy: To ensure the desired group synergy, Truly Majestic Travels & their affiliates reserve the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable
- ATTENDEES MUST AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE LAWS & REGULATIONS OF COLOMBIA AS WELL AS ANY OTHER COUNTRY DURING VISIT! TRULY MAJESTIC TRAVELS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL PERSONS ACTIONS AND WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR VIOLATIONS!
- Travelers must complete Migración Colombia’s online Check-Mig form within 72 hours of boarding an inbound or outbound flight from Colombia. If the normal form’s website is down travelers can find a contingency website here.

Truly Majestic Travels Cancellation Policy:
Thank you for choosing Truly Majestic Travels to provide you with an amazing travel experience! The terms and conditions of conditions of Truly Majestic Travels specify that there is a $250 per person cancellation fee that will be assessed to you for the cancellation of your trip/vacation for any reasons other than that of the Host, Truly Majestic Travels. This fee will be deducted from any amount that may or may not be refunded to you by Truly Majestic Travels and our travel partners (travel vendors)
