Today we have a grand day of exploration. 

We will zipline from tree to tree in the Costa Rican jungle on the 7-line course. 

We will take a ride through the jungle on your choice of horseback or tractor ride. 

Enjoys a volcanic mud bath and swim in the heated waters and 

have a local organic lunch made with ingredients sourced directly from local farm.

We will dance the night away and celebrate Jasmine's Birthday.

Today we will venture into Playa Del Cocoa, Costa Rica, for a day of shopping

Travel Insurance

Deposit  

A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due at the time of reservation.

 

Pricing, Payments, and Availability 

Pricing and/or availability are subject to change until the deposit has been received. Upon payment of your deposit, an invoice with your payment schedule will be sent to you. Please ensure that payments are made on or before the scheduled due date. Late payments may result in cancellation or a late penalty of $50. All payments must be sent via the invoice that will be emailed to you.  Monthly payments are recommended and custom payment plans are available. 

 

Itinerary  

The itinerary listed above is tentative. A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided at least seven days before travel. Additions and or changes to this itinerary may occur at the request of Jasmine. Any additional costs due to additions or changes will be communicated via email. 

 

Passport & Visa Requirements 

A valid passport is required for all passengers. If you need to apply for a passport, please visit the US Department of State website. Refunds will not be provided for expired or delayed passports or missed flights. For this trip, your passport should not expire before December 21, 2023. A clear copy of your passport should be submitted by July 15, 2023, to Texas Girl Travel.  Visa Requirements - Nationals of USA with a regular passport can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum of 90 days.

 

Flight Schedule

When looking for your flight, make sure you arrive at LIR in Costa Rica on September 21, 2023 early afternoon. Our meet and greet (Welcome Dinner) will be held the 21st . Your flight confirmation, airline and flight numbers are required to set up your airport transfers. Once your flights are booked, please forward your confirmation to Alicia@TexasGirlTravel.com

 

Cancellation  

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Texas Girl Travel in writing. In the event of cancellation, all payments submitted to Texas Girl Travel, LLC. and suppliers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel Protection is included in this package and will provide a travel credit for payments made less the deposit that can be used within 11 months from the date of cancellation. 

 

Double Occupancy 

Texas Girl Travel, LLC. does not provide a roommate pairing service. You must have selected your own travel companions to make reservations at the double occupancy rates.

 

Check-In & Check-Out Requirements  

At check-in, a credit card will be required to cover incidental charges. 

 

Name Changes

 Name changes on reservations are not available.
