Hotel Advisory: Important Notice The wearing of camouflage and/or military apparel is illegal in Barbados. Clothing of this nature will be confiscated and persons will be charged accordingly. 

Please note that smoking is prohibited by law in any guestroom and shall be restricted to the allocated area only. Should the client smoke in the guestroom, a cleaning charge of $US200.00 will be applied to their bill. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas of the resorts.

Anyone under age 16 must occupy room with a parent or guardian.

A new mandatory Barbados Government tax known as “hotel levy charge” will be applied to all guests. The amount of the levy is $9.73 USD per bedroom, per night and it will be charged locally, directly to guests and collected at check-in or check-out. Please note that the amount of this fee is subject to change at any time without prior notification.

If you make independent flight arrangements, SugaRay Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from changes, cancellations, schedule changes, delays or other issues involving those independently booked arrangements. Your SugaRay Terms specifically address independent arrangements and state that SugaRay cannot be responsible for arrangements made outside the agency.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Airport transfers are not included in the resort package and will be offered separately based on availability and prevailing rates once your flights are booked.

SugaRay Travel strongly recommends travel insurance because cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays and other unexpected circumstances may result in the loss of some or all amounts paid.

For the best coverage options, we recommend securing travel insurance at time of booking (deposit), particularly when you want to preserve eligibility for time-sensitive benefits offered by certain policies.

Important: Insurance terms, deadlines, coverage, exclusions and eligibility are determined by the insurance provider—not SugaRay Travel.

SugaRay Travel is not a licensed insurance broker, and SugaRay advisors cannot determine whether a particular policy is adequate for your individual circumstances.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Immediately - Non-refundable Deposit: $250  per room
January 8, 2027 - Payment 2: 60% total trip cost
March 19, 2027 - Final Payment: Trip balance is due

Adult Rate: Ages 13 and Up / Child Rate: Ages 6-12 / Free: Ages 0-5

IMPORTANT

If you have a child ages 0-5, please use the add extra feature to include the child.

Payments are due according to the payment schedule associated with your reservation.

Failure to make final payment on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of amounts paid.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted to SugaRay Travel in writing.

Supplier & SugaRay cancellation penalties will apply to confirmed reservations.

• Supplier change fees

• SugaRay Travel fees, where applicable

• Increased travel costs

• Loss of previously confirmed inventory or pricing

Cancellations made during this period are subject to a non-refundable cancellation penalty equal to $250 per room.

01/08/2027 - 02/18/2027

Cancellations made during this period are subject to a non-refundable cancellation penalty equal to 60% of the total room cost.

03/19/2027 - 06/02/2027

Cancellations made during this period are subject to a non-refundable cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total room cost.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and carrying all required passports, visas and other travel documents.

Your name, date of birth and gender information must match your travel documentation.

Travel documentation errors can result in denied boarding, delays and missed travel arrangements.

After receiving your travel documents, you have 24 hours to review them and notify SugaRay Travel of any corrections needed.

SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY

SugaRay Travel acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed third-party travel Suppliers. SugaRay Travel is not the source or provider of the hotel, airline, transportation, excursions or other travel services included in your itinerary. Each Supplier is an independent entity and is responsible for providing its contracted services.

Supplier schedules, services, policies and itineraries may change.

Where a Supplier changes an itinerary or service, SugaRay Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist but does not control the Supplier's operations.

CLIENT CONDUCT

Travelers are expected to follow the rules and policies of SugaRay Travel and all Suppliers.

SugaRay and its local Suppliers reserve the right to remove a traveler from a facility, resort, tour or transportation when the traveler's conduct or health creates a safety, security or operational concern. No refund is provided in such circumstances.

Travelers are also responsible for damage or loss they cause during the trip.

I understand that SugaRay Travel acts as a booking agent for independent Suppliers and does not provide the travel services itself.

I agree to the applicable Supplier terms and conditions in addition to SugaRay Travel's Terms and Conditions.

I understand that payments are subject to Supplier payment and cancellation policies.

I understand that cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

I understand that cancellation penalties may result in loss of some or all amounts paid.
