Traveler Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, I verify that all traveler names are spelled correctly and exactly as shown on government-issued identification. I confirm that I have reviewed my itinerary for accuracy, including dates, accommodations, destinations, and services. I acknowledge that I have been advised of all applicable fees, rules, and requirements associated with my booking.

Payments, Authorization & No Refund Policy

All payments made for travel services are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under all circumstances. This applies regardless of cancellation, changes, missed payments, supplier policies, force majeure events, personal circumstances, or failure to travel. No refunds, credits, or charge reversals will be issued.

By submitting payment, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily entering into a non-refundable agreement and that I am not entitled to any refund for any reason once payment is made.

I certify that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided and authorize charges in accordance with the confirmed booking and these terms.

Host Agency & Payment Disclosure

Treat Yourself Travel operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with a licensed host agency. Payments for travel services are facilitated through approved booking and invoicing platforms and are processed in accordance with established booking procedures. Treat Yourself Travel does not act as the merchant of record, does not independently process payments, and does not hold client funds.

Auto-Pay Requirement

Auto-pay is mandatory for all payment plans.

If auto-pay is not activated by the second scheduled payment, a monthly service charge of $10 will be applied. This fee will be retroactively applied to all unpaid installments if auto-pay is not activated on time. Auto-pay must remain active for the duration of the payment plan.

Late Payments, Communication & Default

A late payment fee of $250 will be applied if a scheduled payment is missed. This late fee will be assessed and due with the final payment.

To avoid a late fee, written communication must be received prior to the payment due date. Waiver of late fees is at the sole discretion of Treat Yourself Travel.

If more than two scheduled payments are missed, the reservation will be canceled with no refund.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all official email communications and designated Facebook posts related to their trip. Treat Yourself Travel is not responsible for missed payments, missed deadlines, or changes resulting from a client’s failure to review communications.

If Treat Yourself Travel reaches out regarding required information, payments, or time-sensitive decisions and the client does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, this may result in itinerary changes, loss of services, additional fees, or possible trip cancellation with no refund.

For purposes of these Terms, a reasonable timeframe is defined as seventy-two (72) hours from the time the communication is sent, excluding documented emergencies.

Credit Card Authorization

A credit card authorization form will be issued following receipt of the initial deposit. Completion of this form is mandatory. Failure to submit the completed authorization may result in trip cancellation with no refund.

Pricing & Changes

All prices are subject to change due to availability, supplier rules, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other factors beyond the control of Treat Yourself Travel. Travelers will be notified of material changes when applicable.

Airfare & Transportation

Airfare must not be purchased until written notification is provided by Treat Yourself Travel. If airfare is purchased prior to approval, the traveler assumes full responsibility for airport transfers, missed connections, schedule conflicts, and any related costs or penalties.

Roommate Matching & Occupancy

Roommate matching is not guaranteed. If no suitable roommate is available, the traveler agrees to be re-rated at the single-occupancy price.

If a roommate misses a payment, the other roommate will be notified for transparency. If a roommate cancels or does not attend, the remaining traveler assumes full financial responsibility for the room at the single-occupancy rate.

Changes to roommate names, additions, or removals are subject to applicable change fees as determined at the time of the request. If both parties elect to move to separate rooms, both travelers must notify Treat Yourself Travel in writing.

Itinerary Changes & Assumption of Risk

Trip details may change due to circumstances beyond the control of Treat Yourself Travel or third-party suppliers. Itineraries are curated in good faith; however, specific destinations or experiences are not guaranteed.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and optional activities, including tours, excursions, transportation, and accommodations.

Liability Disclaimer

Treat Yourself Travel is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses caused by acts of God, weather, political unrest, labor disputes, mechanical issues, supplier failures, or circumstances beyond its control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treat Yourself Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Treat Yourself Travel’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to professional travel planning services shall be limited to the amount paid for such planning services.

Independent Travel Advisor Disclosure

Treat Yourself Travel does not operate, own, or control transportation carriers, accommodations, tour operators, or other travel suppliers and acts solely as an intermediary arranging travel services on behalf of third-party providers.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and available upon request. Declining travel insurance may limit or eliminate reimbursement for cancellations, delays, medical expenses, or interruptions.

Passport Requirement

A valid passport is required for all international travel. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure passport validity meets destination requirements.

Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these travel services shall be brought exclusively within the State of California.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these travel services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California on an individual basis. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by law.

Final Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions stated above and accept full responsibility for my travel arrangements.

To ensure that our goal is your goal, print a final copy of your itinerary for your review before you depart for your trip.

All payments to Treat Yourself Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or transfers will be provided after reservation confirmation, regardless of cancellation or changes.

By signing below, I am giving the authorization to charge my card for ALL the charges mentioned above. In addition, I have been informed auto-pay is required as well as of the cancellation policies for my travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection.  I understand if I do not activate auto pay and keep it active a monthly service charge of $10.00 will be added.
