We're heading to Charlotte for our Black Friday Weekend Holiday Shopping Marathon, featuring two completely different shopping experiences: Concord Mills and SouthPark.

Skip the drive. Skip the parking headache. Grab your shopping buddies, settle into the motorcoach, and leave the transportation to us.

🎄 YOUR SHOPPING DAY

7:15 AM | Check-In & Boarding

Meet in the Columbia, SC area for check-in and boarding.

Please arrive on time. The motorcoach cannot be held for late passengers.

8:00 AM | We're Off! 🚌

Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride to Charlotte.

Approximately 9:45 AM | Concord Mills 🛍️

Start your Christmas shopping at Concord Mills.

You'll have approximately four hours to shop, eat and explore on your own.

Whether you're shopping for fashion, sneakers, beauty, electronics, home goods, Christmas gifts or yourself this is your time.

Lunch is on your own, so shop and dine whenever you're ready.

Approximately 2:30 PM | SouthPark ✨

Next, we'll head to SouthPark for our second shopping experience.

Expect approximately four additional hours to shop, dine and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.

6:30 PM | Meet Back at the Motorcoach

Time to load those shopping bags!

6:45 PM | Depart Charlotte

Kick your feet up and let us handle the drive home.

Approximately 8:30 PM | Columbia Arrival

Return times are approximate and may change due to traffic, weather, loading, parking or other circumstances beyond our control.

✅ WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your experience includes round-trip motorcoach transportation from the Columbia, SC area, transportation between Concord Mills and SouthPark, approximately eight hours of combined shopping time, Chick-fil-A breakfast included, bottled water aboard the motorcoach, onboard holiday fun/games and giveaways, and JetSet & Reset trip coordination.

Not Included

Meals, personal shopping purchases, travel protection, expenses resulting from delays or itinerary changes, and anything not specifically listed as included are the responsibility of the traveler.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

Dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes—you'll be doing plenty of walking.

Bring your phone and charger, identification, preferred method of payment, any coupons/rewards you plan to use, and a reusable shopping bag if desired.

Shopping bags may be stored in the motorcoach luggage compartment between stops, subject to available space.

Please do not leave cash, electronics, medications, identification, jewelry or other valuables unattended on the motorcoach.

⚠️ IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

Please review all information carefully before submitting payment.

By registering for this trip, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the JetSet & Reset terms and conditions.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE.

JetSet & Reset makes contractual commitments and payments to transportation companies and other vendors on travelers' behalf. For this reason, all booking payments, installment payments and final payments are nonrefundable once submitted, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Failure to attend the trip, arriving late, illness, work conflicts, personal emergencies, transportation issues, changes in personal circumstances or failure to comply with trip requirements do not entitle the traveler to a refund or credit.

If you voluntarily cancel or fail to participate, any outstanding payment obligations remain subject to the payment terms agreed to at booking.

🚌 MINIMUM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This experience requires a minimum number of paid travelers to operate.

JetSet & Reset reserves the right to cancel the trip if the required minimum participation is not reached.

If JetSet & Reset cancels the entire trip because the minimum participation requirement is not met, travelers will receive a refund of payments collected by JetSet & Reset for this trip.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS & MISSED DEPARTURES

Travelers are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location by the stated check-in time.

The motorcoach will depart at the scheduled time.

JetSet & Reset is not responsible for travelers who miss the motorcoach because of late arrival. No refund will be provided for a missed departure.

Travelers are also responsible for returning to the designated meeting location at each shopping stop by the announced boarding time.

🔄 ITINERARY CHANGES

The itinerary and times provided are planned in good faith but are subject to change.

JetSet & Reset reserves the right to adjust departure times, shopping durations, routes, stops, transportation arrangements or other itinerary components when necessary because of traffic, weather, road closures, mall operating conditions, safety concerns, vendor changes or circumstances beyond our control.

Reasonable itinerary modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund.

🚌 TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided by a third-party licensed motorcoach provider.

JetSet & Reset acts as the trip organizer and coordinator and does not own or operate the motorcoach.

Vehicle assignments and certain amenities may be subject to substitution or availability by the transportation provider.

Travelers must comply with all motorcoach company safety requirements and instructions from the driver and JetSet & Reset trip host.

🛍️ PERSONAL PROPERTY

Travelers are responsible for their own belongings and purchases.

JetSet & Reset is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged personal property or merchandise, whether at the shopping centers, aboard the motorcoach, at the pickup location or at any other location during the trip.

Keep receipts for major purchases and verify that you have all belongings before leaving each location.

👥 TRAVELER CONDUCT

We want everyone to have a fun and enjoyable experience.

Travelers are expected to treat fellow passengers, JetSet & Reset representatives, motorcoach personnel and venue employees respectfully.

Disruptive, threatening, abusive, unsafe or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the experience without refund.

🌧️ WEATHER & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

JetSet & Reset is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes or interruptions resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, mechanical issues, governmental actions, venue closures or other force-majeure events.

Safety will always take priority when determining whether itinerary modifications are necessary.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

Photos and video may be taken during JetSet & Reset experiences for promotional and social-media purposes.

Travelers who prefer not to appear in promotional photography or video should notify JetSet & Reset before departure.
