Thank you for allowing Travels With Portia LLC to plan your next vacation! You will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss your itinerary in full.
My working days for quotes to be sent out are Monday-Friday only, quotes will not be sent out over the weekend or during the holidays for personal reasons, unless stated otherwise.

How to begin the process:
1. Select your package below and click "Book Now". $35 for groups of 5 or less. $100 for groups 6 and up to 10. $175 for 11 or more. There is a $10 fee per person for multiple departure cities in the same room.
2. .Select "1" for number of travelers, you can as the number of travelers on the form on the next step
3. Click "Continue to Traveler Info" and the fill the form out in its entirety. Here is where you can add how many travelers.
4. Click "Continue to Payment" and authorize payment for non refundable/ non transferable planning fee + a small convenience fee.
4. Receive your quote from us within 5 business days, sometimes inquires can take longer due to the request ( groups, tour guided trip). If it is last minute rush request, please note there is an additional $15 rush fee. Once quotes are received, please respond within 3 business days (within 72 hours) to approve or request a revision/ask a question.
We do not service "flight-only" requests, you will be given a link to book directly for the flight.
Travels With Portia Planning Fees:
We will not begin working on your quote until the fee is received. The box you select should match with your number of travelers/ destination.
If the fee is not received within 8 hours of form submission, your inquiry will be deleted.
All trips with more than 11 + travelers will be charged a group trip fee of $175 - this includes Destination Weddings, Family Reunions, School Trips/Church Trips
LAST MINUTE - RUSH FEE CHARGES - IF TRIP IS LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AWAY- FOR ALL INQUIRIES THERE IS A $15 CHARGE ADDITIONAL
It is our assumption that when you are completing this form, you are planning to book within 1 week from the date you receive your quote.
If you have no intentions on booking that soon, it is our recommendation that you do not submit a quote form. Pricing and availability are always subject to change at anytime.
Five (5) days after quote is sent, the quote is no longer active and a new form and fee are required for additional pricing. There is a $25 change fee if ANY changes are made after a booking is confirmed; that's for adding additional guests to the reservation, change of room/hotel, etc.. If multiple changes are made at different times, a fee will be charged for each change.
Our current turnaround time is 5 Business Days
Weekends & Holidays are NOT included in the 5 Business Days. As long as you receive a confirmation after submitting this form, that means we received your inquiry.
All communication for your trip prior to travel will be sent via email to the email that you included in your request quote.
Your planning fee includes:
- 2 itineraries with 1 revision (1 destination only/1 date only). Any further revisions or quotes are subject to a new planning fee.
- Our Time In Planning, Researching, Negotiating, and Booking Travel Arrangements
Please allow 5 business days for quotes. As a reminder, sometimes trip inquires can take longer in research due to the type of request being requested ( groups, tour guided trip, etc.) If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me!
Cancellation Policy:
Planning fee is non-refundable & non-transferrable. Your planning fee is NOT applied to your balance.
