Payment Authorization Statement

I authorize Angela Instant Results to charge the credit card or bank account listed on this invoice for the amount noted, effective as of today’s date. This payment is for travel services as outlined in the invoice.

I acknowledge and agree that all payments made to Angela Instant Results are non-refundable and non-transferable in accordance with the company’s Terms & Conditions.

I confirm that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided and that I will not initiate a chargeback or dispute with my financial institution, as this transaction aligns with the terms detailed in this invoice.

If travel insurance has been purchased, I understand that policy documents will be issued directly by Faye Insurance. The coverage terms, claim process, and policy guidelines are established solely by the insurance company and not by Angela Instant Results. Angela Instant Results acts only as a facilitator in the insurance purchase and has no authority to alter coverage, claim outcomes, or reimbursement decisions.
