Important Notes:
- The Wedding Day is: Wednesday, April 7, 2027 - Please arrive before this date.

There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
- You can choose a longer length of stay, but note that bookings longer than 3 nights are not guaranteed, until your booking confirmation is sent. We will notify you if your chosen category doesn't have the longer length of stay available. Please wait to book your flight until we have sent your hotel confirmation.
- You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.
- Guests of Sanctuary have full access to Preserve areas and amenities. Guests of the Preserve have limited access to Sanctuary.
- Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
Payment Schedule:
- $300 non-refundable deposit is due per room at booking
- 2nd payment (2 nights of your room total) is due: October 23, 2026
- Remaining balance is due: January 22, 2027
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before October 23, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- Between October 23, 2026 and December 23, 2026 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged a 1 night penalty per person based on the contracted occupancy and category.
- Between December 24, 2026 and January 22, 2027 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged a 2 night penalty per person based on the contracted occupancy and category.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 22, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance provider's terms.
Garza Blanca Preserve will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Preserve, Garza Blanca Sanctuary and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
Child Policies:
- Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
- Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
- Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 12. Exceeding children will be charged the adult occupancy rate. 1 Free Child age 0 - 1 is permitted in rooms with only 1 King Bed.
- When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
- If booking more than two children, your invoice will be manually updated after booking to reflect the correct rate.
