Cancellation Policy & Important Information

Deposits and Payments

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Final Payment Due: June 10, 2025. Failure to submit the final payment by this date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation. TravelsBy Sky, LLC is not responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
• Payment Processing: Invoices and payments may take up to 2 days to process.

Pricing and Room Options

• Prices and room availability are subject to change until secured with a deposit.
• Pricing is based on double occupancy. Contact Sky for single, triple, or quad-room pricing.
• Bed preference (king or two queens) may be selected but is not guaranteed, subject to availability upon check-in.
• Roommates may pay separately must notify Sky in advance.

Travel Documents and Requirements

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Date of birth is required for booking.
• A valid U.S. passport is required. Passports must not expire within 6 months of travel. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or lack of necessary travel/medical documents.
• Check all spelling and details prior to receiving travel documents, which will be emailed 21 days prior to departure.
• Flights to Mexico (Cancun) are not included unless otherwise arranged with TravelsBySky.

Payment Authorization

• A credit card authorization form is required for payments made on your behalf. The name on the card must match the traveler’s.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance or travel protection is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
• A “cancel for any reason” policy is advised. Most policies must be purchased within 7 days of the initial deposit.
• Contact Sky for assistance in selecting and purchasing a travel policy.

Cancellation Terms

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds will be based on vendor policies. TravelsBy Sky, LLC will not be held responsible for any losses due to cancellation.
• Protect your travel investment by purchasing travel protection /insurance.
