Carnival requires $150 per person deposit before room number and booking numbers are assigned.

Carnival charges double occupancy meaning 2 people per cabin.
Initial deposit has to be for a minimum of 2 guest even if cruising solo. If you are going solo additional taxes for the second guest will be removed from your total.

Initial deposit of $50 per person non refundable is due by Oct 1, 2024 -can be applied to final payment.

2nd deposit of $100per person is due by March 31, 2025

3rd Deposit of $150 per person is due by April 13, 2025

The FINAL payment due for any remaining balance is May 10th, 2025.

If you would like to add the cheers package, bubbles package, wifi, excursions, etc., and also for check in 2 weeks prior to sailing...you will need to do that on the carnival hub app. You will be able to do that once your cabin has been assigned

What Travel Documents Do I Need To Bring
Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. Even though a guest has completed registration using Online Check-in, it is still the responsibility of the guest to present the required travel documents at the time of embarkation. Any guest without proper documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. Carnival Leave2day Travel assumes no responsibility for advising guests of proper travel documentation.

While passports are not required, Carnival highly recommends that all guests travel with a passport valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel. This will enhance the debarkation experience as delays may be expected upon return to the United States for those without one. Additionally, this will enable guests to fly from the United States to meet their ship at a foreign port should they miss their scheduled port of embarkation and allow guests who must disembark the ship before their cruise ends due to an emergency to fly back to the United States without significant delays and complications.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations.
The system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest is cancelled

Cancellation of Air guest may result in an additional penalty for the air portion, up to, but not limited to, the full air add-on amount, as imposed by the air carrier.
Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare, non commission fare, air add-on, supplemental fare, cruise only transfers and pre and post cruise packages where applicable.
No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise.

We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance such as Carnival's Cruise Vacation Protection Plan.

What's important to know:
Passports are always suggested but not required.
Birth certificate and government issued photo ID are required for boarding
Guest 15 and younger do not need a photo ID
Every guest pays a fare regardless of age. Guest age 2 and under are not charged service gratuity.
Reduced rates available for 3rd and 4th guest
Carnival charges gratuity of $16.00 per day per person including all children over the age of 2.
This 3 day sailing gratuity is $48.00. This is the suggested amount per
Carnival they will charge it to your sail and sign card the second to last night of cruise. You can go to customer service desk while on ship to have it removed or adjusted at your discretion. If you don't make any adjustments before leaving the ship the charges will stand and no adjustments will be made once you leave ship.

 

Traveling with Minors

When traveling with a minor where one parent or both parents or legal guardians are not cruising, we strongly recommend bringing an original signed letter from the absent parent(s) or legal guardians authorizing the minor to travel with you. This will expedite processing by the Department of Homeland Security.
