You've never been to Essence Festival or even New Orleans for that matter, but it's on your bucket-list.  Well, 2019 marks 25 Years of Empowerment, Music and Sisterhood for Essence AND WE WOULDN'T DARE MISS THE FUN.  Yep, our friends may not be able to go either, but we've got each other, so WE'RE HEADED TO NOLA.  July 5-8, 2019 Ladies & Luggage is taking on Essence AGAIN.....We've partnered with our 2nd hotel, the 1st option is sold out, New Orleans Airport Hilton with its eclectic style, in it's 70's meets deco vibe, surrounded by warm wood accents and cool contemporary artwork. Oh and did we fail to mention the super grown up Rooftop Bar where we will be hosting our Meet & Greet....

  • Day 4: Day of Travel. Until Next Time Ladies

* All payments are nonrefundable. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended to secure your investment.

* Please note that joining us on any experience gives Ladies & Luggage expressed permission to use any and all photographs for media & release.

* If you can no longer attend and choose to transfer your booking to someone else there will be a $100 admin fee to do so. You must contact Ladies & Luggage a minimum of 90 days before departure. No transfers can be made less than 90 days from departure.

* No roommate? No problem. There's always someone wanting to travel and no one to travel with. We will do our best to room you with someone. But, if 45 days before departure there is no roommate available you will be required to pay the single rate to secure your booking.

* Most of our packages allow for monthly payments after deposit. Your initial deposit will be deducted from the balance due.

* By registering for any experience you are agreeing to all terms & conditions.
