Royal Splendor Travel Client Agreement

1. Engagement of Services

By selecting Royal Splendor Travel (RST) to assist in planning your trip, you acknowledge that you are engaging the services of a professional travel advisor who will tailor your travel experience based on your preferences, interests, and budget. Our expertise, industry connections, and professional relationships will benefit you throughout this process. The RST Concierge Fee covers all aspects of trip planning, including consultation, research, and recommendations; preparation of quotes and itineraries; booking and reservation of each travel element; securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance; administration of your booking from deposit to departure; and post-trip follow-up with suppliers, if required. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to our booking Terms and Conditions.

2. Royal Splendor Travel Concierge Fee

RST charges a concierge fee based on the specifics of the trip, which is applied per person. This fee is non-refundable and encompasses the management of all aspects of your cruise, from pre-cruise booking to post-cruise follow-up. By signing this agreement, you agree to pay the listed RST concierge fee.

3. Royal Splendor Travel Liability Release Agreement

3.1 Waiver and Release I hereby release and forever discharge Neville-Moore, Inc. doing business as Royal Splendor (RS) and Royal Splendor Travel (RST), including its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, successors, and assigns, from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind or nature, whether in law or equity, arising from my participation in the Royal Splendor Travel Cruises, Shore Excursions, Land Tours ("Event"), and any other projects, activities, or events sponsored, managed, arranged, or promoted by RST ("Other Events").

I acknowledge that this Release discharges RST from any liability for bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from my participation in the Event and/or Other Events. I also understand that RST does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide financial or other assistance, including medical, health, or disability insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death, or property damage.

3.2 Insurance RST does not carry or maintain health, medical, disability, damage, or other liability insurance coverage for participants in the Event or Tours and expressly disclaims any responsibility or obligation to do so. Participants are encouraged to secure medical, health, trip, and other applicable insurance coverage for their benefit.

3.3 Medical Treatment I hereby release and forever discharge RST from any liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising from any first aid or other medical treatment rendered during my participation in the Event or Other Events.

3.4 Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in the Event or Tours may include activities that are hazardous. I recognize that such participation may involve certain inherent risks. I expressly assume the risk of injury or harm from my participation and release RST from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result.

3.5 Photography/Audio Release I grant and convey to RST all rights, titles, and interests in any photographic images and video or audio recordings made by or on behalf of RST during my participation in the Event or Tours, including any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.

By signing below, I accept the terms and conditions of this Release. I confirm that I have had sufficient time to read and understand this Release and that all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction.
