Detailed Itinerary: The Day-by-Day schedule will be released 60 days in advance so you can plan your free time and your Themed Outfits (if any).

TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT:  The required Deposit amount is Non-Refundable.  Your deposit acknowledges that you have read the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document and that you understand and accept said Terms and Conditions.

TRANSFERABLE TRIP

If you are unable to travel and would like to transfer your trip to someone of your choice, you must do so within 30 days prior to departure. You must obtain approval from your roommate, if applicable, prior to making a request.

Further, you will be responsible for any name change fees from any of our Travel Vendors. Your replacement person must comply with the payment schedule described in this document. 

Simply Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain refunds. Therefore, this trip is Non-Refundable. This allows us to keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase a Travel Insurance Policy to protect your vacation investment. It is further recommended that you purchase the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option, which is available as an upgrade to your policy. Several comprehensive travel insurance plans have this upgrade as a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for ANY Reason That is not otherwise covered in their base plan.

Missing a vacation is bad enough, but losing your paid money is even worse. That being said, purchasing trip cancellation insurance through Faye.

The Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option is available as an upgrade on several comprehensive travel insurance plans. It is a great option that allows travelers to cancel their trip for any reason not otherwise covered in their base plan, provided they cancel their trip more than 48 hours before their departure date. 

These products can be purchased before checking out. 

CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to simplytravel1913@gmail.com with your invoice number, full name, and travel date. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or three business days), please call 901-509-5500 to ensure your information has been received. As stated above, you acknowledge and agree that all payments you make to Simply Travel, LLC are non-refundable.

This trip is Non-Refundable. If you are unable to travel, you must submit a claim to the Faye Insurance Company or your selected Travel Insurance company. We will provide the supporting documents requested by the Insurer.

It is highly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. 

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Scheduled monthly payments Must be made on or before the 15th of each month. The final payment must be received by July 31, 2025.

CONVENIENCE FEES

The convenience fee is comprised of credit card processing fees and Traveljoy's technology and administrative fees.  Traveljoy is a third-party processing company and the convenience fees are collected by their company. 

The convenience fees will be divided equally and will be included in the monthly payments.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

• Travel abroad requires that your Passport be valid at least six months beyond your travel departure date unless the U.S. has a Waiver/Exemption with the country in which you are traveling. 

• Visitors traveling to the U.S. are required to have passports that are valid for six months beyond their intended stay in the U.S. unless the U.S. has a waiver/exemption with said country. 

 • At this time, the country you are traveling to has a Waiver/Exemption with the United States. Therefore, your passport must be active for the entire duration of your travel.  However, it is highly recommended that your passport be valid for six weeks beyond the period of your intended stay after your scheduled return to the U.S.

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

• Some countries may require that you bring your Covid Vaccination Card.  We will notify all travelers if such a requirement is in force.

• All prices are based on the International exchange rates in effect at the time of price quotation.  If the US dollar devalues, Simply Travel, LLC reserves the right to reflect changes in the final invoice.

• Should the airline price increase above the rate that was calculated in the cost of this trip, Simply Travel, LLC reserves the right to reflect the price in the final invoice.

• You are responsible for your Airline Flights from your home base to the airport where we depart and return, as well as from and to your home base.

Before making your US Domestic Flight arrangements, please confirm that there are no changes based on the Airline Schedule. 

• At check-in at Hotels, a Credit Card may be required to cover personal incidentals.

• A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 60 days before travel.

• A Facebook Event page specific to this trip will be created.

• A WhatsApp Group will be created.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents will be sent via email 20-30 days prior to travel. If documents are requested when e-documents are available, documents will be sent via USPS approximately 14-21 days prior, and a fee of $30 will apply.  A complete street address is required (no P.O Box).

• Monthly payments are required to retain your reservation. In the case that any payments are missed within the designated month to be paid, your trip may be subject to cancellation without notice, and all monies paid will be immediately forfeited. 

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan.  Your invoice will note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your calendar.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

• Airline seat arrangements are solely up to the airline.  Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class. If you require a specific seat, we recommend notifying us immediately.

• The name change fee will be accessed on or before the final payment date or your invoice, plus any vendor fees. 

ROOMMATE

• Should your roommate be canceled for any reason, you will be notified, at which time you may choose to find another roommate or decide to pay the single room rate. 

• Contact information will be shared upon approval from individuals seeking a roommate.
