Insurance/Travel Protection:

  • All Sales Are Final: No refunds or credits for the vacation package.
  • Recommendation: Purchase insurance through a third-party agency like Allianz or Seven Corners. 
 

Itinerary:

Itinerary will include (optional) but not limited to: a visit to Sugarloaf Mountain, Christ the Redeemer, a pool and beach day, Selarón Steps, a few nights out on the town to local clubs/bars, cultural classes, city + tours and more! The cost for these optional tours, excursions and experiences will be approximately $400 +/-, to be paid at a later date.

 

However, please note that all booked guests will participate in the same boat/yacht party, cultural tour, the welcome or farewell meal, and a pool event.

 
 
 

Cancellation policy:

A non-transferable, non-refundable deposit of 250 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Booking made without deposit are subject to release.
 
Monthly or milestone payments are available following the initial deposit. 
 
Final Payment Deadline: All balances must be paid in full on or by June 6, 2027. Failure to complete final payment may result in cancellation without refund of prior payments.
 
Name changes administrative a fee of $75 per person.  Due before changing.
