Travel protection is strongly recommended.

Busy Bee Travel Group is not a travel insurance provider. Please review policy details carefully prior to purchasing coverage.

🛑 Cancellation Policy

ALL monies paid toward this experience are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes:
• Transportation Costs
• Beach Equipment Reservations
• Hospitality Suite Expenses
• Food & Beverage Costs
• Administrative Costs

No exceptions will be made for:
• Schedule Conflicts
• Personal Emergencies
• Missed Transportation Departures
• Illness
• Weather Conditions
• Change of Mind

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection coverage.

🛑 Transfer Policy

Reservations may be transferred to another guest with prior written approval from Busy Bee Travel Group.

Approved transfers will incur a $50 administrative transfer fee per reservation.

All transfer requests must be submitted no later than June 20, 2026.

After this date, transfers will no longer be permitted.

The original guest is responsible for finding their own replacement traveler.

Busy Bee Travel Group is not responsible for securing replacement guests.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Jacksonville Beach activities are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Busy Bee Travel Group reserves the right to make adjustments to transportation type, pickup location, activity offerings, or package inclusions of equal value if operationally necessary.
