Our last two trips to Tokyo
were nothing short of legendary. From the neon-lit streets of Tokyo to late-night ramen runs, we created memories that still have us laughing and reminiscing! Japan showed us its wild side, its peaceful side, and everything in between, and now we’re back for round two – bigger and better. This time, we’re adding Osaka to the mix, which means more culture, more flavors, and more unforgettable moments with the crew.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- This trip involves some traveling via train. Instructions on how to buy train tickets will be sent out one month before our trip.
- You will want to fly into TOKYO (HND) and fly out of OSAKA (KIX). We will only be providing transportation from these TWO airports.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All deposits paid to Travel Butler are non-refundable and non-transferable. To request a refund or cancellation, please submit your request in writing via your invoice to ensure it is formally received. Cancellations made at least 120 days before the trip qualify for a refund of all payments minus the deposit per person, while cancellations made less than 120 days will receive no refund whatsoever. If two consecutive payments are missed, your reservation may be canceled, and all previous deposits and payments will be forfeited. Travel insurance is encouraged for all trips in case of cancellation, illness, injury, or other emergencies while traveling. PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE. Payments made late are subject to a $25 late fee per month, and any payment made after the final due date will incur a $100 late fee, with no exceptions. Travel Butler reserves the right to amend or change these policies at any time.
