Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations, changes or modifications including but not limited to name corrections, passenger details, occupancy changes, travel dates or room category changes could result in a re-price situation at current day’s pricing. 
 
Vacation Protection Plan (VPP)- Travel Credit:

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking by final payment due date. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates.
Cancellations: 
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 24 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than noon the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of a future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost.
 
 
Vacation Protection Plan Plus (VPP+) - Refund in Original form of Payment
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date or before final payment is due, whichever occurs first. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates or air only. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

 

Cancellations:
You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. All cancellations on VPP+ must be received by Vacation Express up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or by 9am the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings.
