Your package includes:

Adults-Only, All-Inclusive accommodations in Montego Bay.

🍽️ All-Inclusive Resort Experience
Meals, snacks, beverages and included resort amenities during your stay.

🚐 Roundtrip Airport Transfers
Transportation between Montego Bay Airport (MBJ) and RIU Palace Jamaica is included.

💰 Taxes & Package Fees
Your quoted package price includes applicable taxes and package fees included by the supplier at the time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED

Airfare is not currently included. Flights may be added later when schedules become available.

Also not included are personal purchases, gratuities for drivers or other service providers, optional excursions or activities, and anything not specifically identified as included in your package.

Your booking form alone does not secure your room. Rates and availability are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed and the required deposit has been successfully processed. Vacation Express also advises that pricing and space are not guaranteed until a reservation is secured with payment.

🔐 HOW YOUR PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED

For your protection and ours, vacation package payments are processed directly to the travel supplier using an authorized credit or debit card.

G.I.G.I. Travel LLC does not collect cash, Zelle, Cash App or other person-to-person payments to hold and later forward to the travel supplier.

Each traveler may authorize their own card for their portion of the reservation, or an authorized cardholder may pay on behalf of another traveler.

Vacation Express requires travel agents to obtain proper cardholder authorization when processing client card payments.

👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏾  SHARING A ROOM?

Everyone sharing the room must be deposit-ready at the time of booking.

For double and triple occupancy, all travelers must be ready to submit their required deposit before the room is secured.

Want to pay separately after your initial deposits are made? Indicate on the booking form that you would like separate invoices/payment requests. This allows each traveler to manage their individual payments while remaining together on the same room reservation.

**Please choose your roommate carefully. Changes to the number of guests in a room may change the package price, and Vacation Express advises that occupancy changes can result in repricing at the current available rate.

Flights are not yet available for our travel dates, but you don't have to wait to secure your room!

You may reserve your room now and add airfare later once flight schedules become available.

When flights open, information regarding available flight options and adding airfare to your package will be shared.

🚐 YOUR AIRPORT RIDE IS ALREADY INCLUDED!

Once your flight arrangements are confirmed, you'll need to provide your flight information so your roundtrip airport transportation can be coordinated.

Gratuities for your transportation driver are not included.

🎉 OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS & ACTIVITIES

As the Jungle Takes Jamaica itinerary develops, optional group excursions, activities and experiences may be added.

Details, pricing and booking information will be shared with the group as plans are finalized.

Participation is completely optional, and excursion/activity costs are not included in your current package price unless specifically stated otherwise.

So secure the vacation first—we'll add some extra Jamaica to it later.

Life happens. Plans change. That's exactly why travel protection matters.

This is optional, but highly recommended!

❌ CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Please book with the intention of traveling.

Without applicable vacation protection, Vacation Express cancellation fees and any applicable hotel or feature penalties may apply.

For hotel-only reservations, Vacation Express currently lists its cancellation fee as:

3 or more days before departure: $25 per room, plus applicable hotel/feature penalties.

2–0 days before departure: $50 per room, plus applicable hotel/feature penalties.

Changes to passenger information, occupancy, travel dates, room category or other reservation details may also result in fees and/or repricing at the current available rate.

Important: Supplier and hotel penalties may be in addition to the Vacation Express fees shown above. Your applicable booking terms and protection plan will determine the actual amount eligible for refund, voucher or forfeiture if you cancel.

Vacation Express' complete Terms & Conditions become part of the traveler's contract when a Vacation Express reservation is made.

🛂 DON'T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT!

This is an international vacation, so make sure your travel documents are in order.

Vacation Express currently advises that U.S. citizens traveling internationally must carry a valid U.S. passport and that passport cards are not valid for air travel to the Caribbean. Travelers are responsible for verifying and obtaining the documentation required for their particular itinerary.

The name on your reservation should match your government-issued travel documents.

Non-U.S. citizens should verify the entry and re-entry requirements applicable to their citizenship and residency status.
