You can choose your own travel dates, but it is advised you arrive at the resort at least by June 1, the day before the wedding and stay at least 3 nights.
Note that blocked room categories are first come, first served, and may not be available for all travel date selections.

IMPORTANT: It is required that guests book within this travel page and sign up as part of the group to be included in wedding events. Guests that do not book within this group will be charged a fee for entry into the wedding events, and may be declined entry due to occupancy restrictions.
What's not included:
- Flights - guests are responsible for their own flights; please inquire in this form if you would like assistance with finding/choosing flights. It's recommended that you check airlines and flight schedules before securing your resort dates (Sharp Travel Planners is happy to consult with you on finding the best flight value!)
- Travel Protection insurance. Optional, but strongly recommended; please inquire if you would like to learn more about travel insurance
- Spa, golf, casino, excursions and additional paid activities

Payment Schedule
- $200 Deposit per room required at time of booking. Initial booking must be completed by January 27, 2023
- Final Payment due 75 Days prior to date of arrival
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations received 90 days to 61 days prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable
- Cancellations received 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed
- Cancellations within 30 days of travel, the booking is non refundable
