Booking Info
When booking with another traveler for this group trip, please be aware that in the event one of the travelers cancels their reservation, the reservation will be changed to the single occupancy rate. This means that the remaining traveler will be responsible for the full cost of the room.
For single travelers making a booking, please ensure that you select the 'Single Occupancy Deposit' option under 'Extra Options'. Please keep in mind that the deposit amount will be higher with the single occupancy rate.
Booking
Please note that you are able to book a room up until the time of departure, subject to availability at the resort. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred room type and to ensure availability.
Travel Insurance
It is important to note that travel insurance must be paid at the time of booking; unfortunately, it cannot be added at a later date. We strongly advise including travel insurance from the start to protect your investment and provide peace of mind.
Transfers
In order to arrange your transfer transportation to and from the airport and resort, we kindly request that all air information be provided by July 8th. Failure to submit air information by this date will result in the forfeiture of your included transfer transportation.
Booking Dates
If you're looking to extend your trip, you have the flexibility to book additional days according to your preference. Simply head to the "Extra Options" during the booking process, where you can select the additional days you would like to add to your itinerary. Cancellation Policy and Payment Policy

By not selecting Travel Protection Plan you are liable for costs associated with cancellations.

All fees are PER BOOKING.
- If cancelled before 135 or more prior to arrival; your fee will be $50.00/per person.
- If cancelled from 134 to 99 days prior to arrival up to 20% per reservation.
- If cancelled from 98 to 69 days prior to arrival up to 40%, per reservation.
- If cancelled from 67 to 0 days prior to arrival full penalty.
- Deposit $50 per person and $100 for Single Travelers .

Payment Plan Terms:
- The payment plan is automatically set up at the time of booking. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. All payments must be made on time. Failure to make a payment on the scheduled due date will result in a late fee of $10.00 per late payment. You have the flexibility to pay more than the scheduled payment amount if desired, allowing you to pay off your balance earlier. We offer a 5-day grace period for payments. If a payment is not received within this grace period, the late fee will be applied.
- By authorizing a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment plan, including the payment schedule and any associated fees. Please note that failure to adhere to the payment plan terms may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and any applicable cancellation fees will apply.
