Important Rooming Policy – Two Travelers

For reservations booked with two travelers, please note the following:

If one traveler cancels, the reservation will automatically convert to the single occupancy rate, and the remaining traveler becomes responsible for the full cost of the room.

If the full room balance is not paid, no refund will be issued. Any reimbursement between roommates must be handled privately, as the vendor does not issue refunds for unpaid balances.

Single occupancy rates are higher due to the nature of cruise double occupancy pricing

Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date.

To secure your booking, the following are required at the time of reservation:

• Full legal name as it appears on your passport

• Date of birth

• Email & phone number

• Room category selection

• Deposit payment

• Valid passport (must not expire within 6 months of travel)

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY (Virgin Voyages)

Here’s the breakdown you NEED to know:

• 120+ days before sailing:

  • 7-day grace period = full refund

  • After that = deposit becomes Future Voyage Credit 

• 119–45 days before sailing:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Converted to Future Voyage Credit (valid 1 year) 

• 44 days or less before sailing:

  • No refunds

  • Limited changes allowed 

👉 Translation: Don’t wait last minute to cancel—protect your investment.
