Cancellation policy:

A $500.00 deposit per person is required at time of registration. Deposits are refundable until August 20, 2023 (minus $100.00 per person administrative fee). Final payments are due on August 20, 2023. Any cancellation made between August 20, 2023 and the trip departure date is 100% non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. Insure My Trip is our preferred insurance company, they offer several policy options.
