- Visitax $11usd/person (Cancun airport visitor tax)
- Eco-Tax (approx. $1.65 - $3.84 USD) per room, per night determined by each individual property, paid at check-in.

Due Dates:
- October 1st, 2024 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.
- October 18th, 2024 2 nights of room purchase must be paid.
- February 23rd, 2025 Remaining balance due.
Reminders:
- The wedding date is Friday, May 16th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
- Please make room reservations only through this room block. Phylicia and Nicholas have pre-paid your room block deposit in advance to prevent them from selling out and to reserve these rooms at a low price that will be refunded in their final wedding costs.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
- Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 12.
- Please note Ocean View rooms at Garza Blanca will be on the ocean side of the resort. Your room may only have a view of the ocean from your patio.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation before October 18th, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per person booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between October 18th 2024 and January 18th 2025, by 20% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 20% a 1 night penalty will apply. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms
If you reduce the number of nights in your reservation between January 18th 2024 and February 18th 2025 a 2 night penalty will apply. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 18th, 2024, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates .
