Cancellation policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $250 USD is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due in full no later than August 20, 2026.
- Cancellations made before August 20, 2026: the $250 deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made on or after August 20, 2026: no refunds will be issued, as vendor commitments (hotel, van, activities, and dinners) will already be finalized.
