Throttle Travel Change & Cancellation Policy:
At Throttle Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness and transparency. The following terms apply to all cancellations and reservation changes:
Cancellation Policy:
- A $100 Cancellation Fee will be charged per booking to process cancellations, payable directly to Throttle Travel. This fee is separate from any supplier penalties or fees that may apply from the cruise line, airline, hotel, or tour operator.
- The cancellation fee will be due at the time the cancellation request is submitted and must be paid before Throttle Travel can proceed with processing the cancellation.
Reservation Name Changes:
- A $50 Name Change Fee will apply per name correction or substitution on an existing reservation. This fee must be paid directly to Throttle Travel in addition to any fees charged by the supplier for name changes.
- Name changes are subject to supplier approval and may not be permitted on all bookings. Throttle Travel is not responsible for denied name change requests by suppliers.
Supplier Policies:
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation and modification policies of the supplier associated with their reservation. Supplier penalties are separate from Throttle Travel’s fees and may vary depending on the booking’s terms and proximity to departure.
- Throttle Travel will make every effort to minimize penalties and advise clients of all options prior to finalizing cancellations or changes.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the supplier's timeline and policies. Throttle Travel’s cancellation fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee the recovery of funds from the supplier.
- Clients must submit cancellation or change requests in writing to admin@throttletravel.com.
Payment of Fees:
- Cancellation and name change fees must be paid by credit card or electronic transfer. Throttle Travel will not initiate cancellations or changes until payment is received.
Acknowledgment and Agreement:
By making a booking with Throttle Travel, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
