As the world continues to open up, luring travelers to explore their favorite destinations once again more freely, we have updated our health and safety protocols to further align to those of the broader travel, leisure and hospitality industry worldwide. The relaxation of global protocols and travel requirements, makes it easier for guests to return to sea with us. As such, for sailings beginning September 3, 2022, all travelers are invited to sail with us once again, regardless of vaccination status.*
Cancellation policy:
All payments including but not limited to Deposits, Monthly Trip Payments, Travel Insurance, Late Fees, Cancellation Fees are non-refundable and are not able to be transferred to any other person or trip under any circumstance or exception. Should you decide to cancel your trip, you must submit your request in writing by email to info@prissitravels.com and pay a fee of $100 per person before your trip will be cancelled.
Accepted Forms of Identification
All guests will also need a form of identification to board the ship. Accepted forms of identification vary based on nationality, departure port and disembarkation port.
Please note that hospital Birth Certificates (baby feet Birth Certificates), as well as photocopies or images of any required travel documents are not accepted for boarding.
Accepted Identification for U.S. Citizens
- U.S. Passport book that is valid at least 6 months after your cruise ends. A U.S. Passport book is required for sailings that depart from homeports outside of the U.S..
- For sailings departing from U.S. homeports, an official US state-issued Birth Certificate is also accepted. Guests age 16 and older that present an official US state-issued Birth Certificate will also need to provide a valid Driver’s License or picture ID issued by the government. (Your names should match on both your State Issued Birth Certificate & Your Valid ID)
