Please read these terms before authorizing a booking or payment. They explain our services, your responsibilities, agency fees, supplier conditions, and the rules for changes, cancellations, and refunds. Keep a copy of the terms and booking documents you accept.

1 Agreement and authority

These terms form an agreement between L&P Travel, LLC (we, us, or our) and the customer accepting them (you). By affirmatively accepting these terms electronically or signing them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to request the services and authorize the payments you approve. A parent or legal guardian must accept applicable terms for a minor. Each adult traveler should receive these terms and accept them personally or through a representative with actual authority.

The lead customer is responsible for amounts that customer expressly agrees to pay. A group organizer does not become responsible for every traveler’s balance merely by organizing the group. Do not provide another person’s information or authorize a charge without permission.

2 Our role and your booking documents

We arrange travel supplied by independent airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, insurers, and other suppliers. Each supplier is responsible for its own services. If we organize or host a group itinerary, the booking documents will identify our services and the independent suppliers involved. We remain responsible for our own contractual duties and obligations imposed by law.

Your agreement includes these terms and the proposal, invoice, confirmed itinerary, fee disclosures, and supplier terms provided or made available before you authorize the relevant booking. Trip-specific terms govern the services they specifically address; supplier terms govern the supplier’s services. No provision overrides rights or protections that applicable law does not permit you to waive. We will clarify material conflicts before requesting acceptance.

Only services expressly listed as included are part of your booking. Airfare, transfers, excursions, meals, insurance, resort or city taxes, baggage, gratuities, and other extras are excluded unless specifically included. Do not assume airfare is part of a land-only package.

3 Quotes prices and confirmation

Quotes are subject to availability and may change before the supplier confirms the applicable price. A quote or payment authorization alone does not confirm a reservation. We will send written confirmation identifying confirmed services and any pending items. Airline fares are generally not secured until ticketing; a deposit on a package does not necessarily secure unticketed airfare.

Review names, dates, destinations, room occupancy, inclusions, payment deadlines, and supplier restrictions immediately upon receipt. Report errors promptly to contact@landptravel.net. Corrections depend on availability and supplier rules. You are responsible for costs caused by inaccurate information you provide; we will address errors attributable to us consistent with our obligations.

Before payment, the proposal or invoice will identify the total then payable, agency fees, and known mandatory charges payable separately. Optional purchases and charges based on your use of services will be identified where applicable. Supplier deadlines may require full payment before a planned installment date.

If requested services cannot be confirmed and you do not approve an alternative, payments for those unconfirmed services will be refunded. A separately disclosed fee for planning work already performed may remain payable, subject to applicable law. We will not substitute materially different services without your approval, except as described for disruptions in Section 10.

After confirmation, price adjustments may be applied only as permitted by law and the terms disclosed and accepted before purchase. For completed purchases of scheduled air transportation, we will not impose prohibited post-purchase increases. Any permitted increase in a government-imposed tax or fee requires the notice and consent required by law. These terms do not provide blanket consent to airfare increases. Any permitted currency adjustment for other services must state its calculation basis in the booking documents.

4 Quote and group planning fees

Your first quote for each trip is complimentary. Additional quotes for that trip cost $25 each, disclosed before work begins. Each paid additional-quote fee may be applied toward a future booking with L&P Travel, LLC. Any conditions for applying that credit will be provided before the fee is paid. Clients who have booked with us within the preceding 12 months receive three complimentary quotes before additional-quote fees apply.

A group booking requires at least 10 passengers, subject to any higher minimum imposed by the supplier. The group consultation fee is $25. After the initial consultation, a $100 group planning fee applies to customized itineraries; this planning fee does not apply to all-inclusive resort bookings. We will disclose and obtain approval for the applicable scope and fees before beginning paid work. These fees are separate from supplier deposits and travel payments.

Agency consultation, quote, and planning fees are nonrefundable once the agreed service has been performed, except where otherwise stated in writing or required by law. Additional-quote credits described above remain available under their disclosed terms. Fees are not charged retroactively to previously accepted bookings.

5 Payments deposits and deadlines

The invoice or booking agreement states the deposit, payment schedule, final payment deadline, and cancellation terms for your booking. Deposits may be partially or fully nonrefundable under those disclosed terms; not every deposit or travel payment is automatically nonrefundable. An installment plan does not change supplier cancellation penalties or guarantee that airfare can be paid in installments.

Pay only through the secure payment method identified on your invoice or supplier authorization. Depending on the booking, payment may be collected by L&P Travel, LLC, through a payment platform such as TravelJoy, or directly by a supplier. The merchant shown on your statement may be the supplier or payment provider. Do not send complete card details through ordinary email or a general inquiry form.

Payment authorizations must identify the approved amount and purpose. Recurring payments require separate authorization stating the schedule. A card on file is not permission for unrelated charges. Report supplier-direct payments promptly so we can reconcile the booking; a payment is credited when verified, not merely when a payment request is submitted.

If payment is late, we or the supplier may cancel unpaid services under the disclosed booking terms. We will attempt to notify you when practical, but supplier deadlines may not allow a grace period. Applicable cancellation penalties may then apply. A late fee applies only if its amount or calculation method and trigger were disclosed and accepted before booking and the fee is permitted by law. There is no unspecified automatic late fee.

Unless the invoice states otherwise, amounts payable to us are in US dollars. Currency conversion and foreign transaction charges from your bank or supplier may apply. Checks and money orders are accepted only by prior written arrangement. If a check is accepted and returned unpaid, a $50 returned-check fee may apply to the extent permitted by law. Payments within 30 days of departure must use an approved credit or debit card or a supplier-approved method.

6 Reservation changes and reinstatement

Changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability, supplier approval, fare differences, and supplier penalties. A $50 per person agency change fee applies to a customer-requested amendment after confirmation, in addition to disclosed supplier charges. We will explain the charges and obtain approval before processing the amendment. This fee does not apply to correcting an error attributable to us or processing a remedy required by law.

Airline name changes may require cancellation and purchase of a new ticket. A traveler substitution is permitted only if the supplier allows it; otherwise cancellation and rebooking terms apply. Payments, credits, and reservations are not transferable unless expressly allowed by the applicable terms.

You may request reinstatement within 10 days after cancellation, but availability and original pricing are not guaranteed. The agency reinstatement fee is $100 for a domestic package or $200 for an international package, disclosed before you authorize the work, plus approved supplier costs. An advance reinstatement fee will be refunded if we cannot obtain reinstatement. Any different fee for a defined service must be separately agreed before work begins.

7 Cancellations refunds and unused services

Submit cancellation requests in writing to contact@landptravel.net with the traveler’s full name, booking or invoice number, and travel dates. We will process requests promptly and confirm receipt. If you do not receive acknowledgment within two business days, call (214) 886-2469. For an imminent departure or supplier deadline, call as well as email and contact the supplier directly if we are unavailable. Supplier deadlines and applicable law determine the effective cancellation date; an acknowledgment delay does not waive your rights.

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable supplier terms, trip-specific cancellation schedule, agency fees disclosed before booking, and applicable law. Penalties can increase as departure approaches and may equal the full trip cost. A reservation may be nonrefundable even if a payment plan has not yet been completed; any remaining liability must arise from the terms accepted for that booking.

We will provide an explanation of applicable penalties and assist with eligible refund requests. We will refund amounts we are legally required to return within the applicable deadlines. A supplier’s delay or refusal does not remove any refund obligation imposed directly on us by law. Refunds will ordinarily go to the original payment method; we will arrange a lawful alternative if that is unavailable. Credits and vouchers have their own disclosed restrictions and expiration dates.

For covered airline cancellations or significant changes, applicable law may entitle you to a refund if you decline alternative transportation and other offered compensation. A nonrefundable fare label or extraordinary event does not eliminate legally required refunds. We will disclose available refund rights and fulfill the obligations applicable to our role. A refund for one service does not automatically cancel or refund other independently booked services.

Unused nights, tours, meals, transfers, or other services are generally not refundable unless the supplier terms or applicable law provide otherwise. We will not retain supplier refunds due to you merely because these terms describe other payments as nonrefundable. Travel insurance claims are separate from supplier and agency refunds.

8 Last minute bookings and group arrangements

Reservations should normally be made at least 30 days before departure. A later booking requires our written acceptance and supplier availability. Unless we specify an earlier supplier deadline, full payment for confirmed last-minute services is due within 24 hours. Cancellation restrictions must be disclosed before you authorize payment or confirmation.

Group rates may depend on minimum participation, room occupancy, and contracted inventory. Your proposal will identify any minimum and what happens if it is not met, including any proposed price adjustment, alternative, or cancellation and refund terms. No material price adjustment will be imposed solely by relying on this general clause.

Roommate arrangements and occupancy affect pricing. If a roommate cancels, any proposed single supplement or replacement arrangement will be explained under the disclosed booking terms. Travelers must meet eligibility, age, conduct, and participation requirements disclosed for the specific trip. Supplier rules apply to disruptive or unsafe conduct; mandatory legal rights remain protected.

9 Travel protection and insurance

L&P Travel, LLC strongly recommends travel insurance for all bookings. Travel insurance is mandatory for certain bookings when expressly identified in the trip description, proposal, or booking agreement before you book. Mandatory coverage requirements, the proof-of-coverage deadline, and the consequences of failing to comply will be disclosed before booking. You may choose a provider whose policy meets those requirements.

Coverage, exclusions, eligibility, purchase deadlines, and benefits vary by policy. Purchasing insurance does not guarantee a refund or reimbursement. Claims are subject to the policy terms and the insurance provider’s review and approval. Review the policy, including any limits relating to preexisting conditions, supplier default, pandemics, and cancellation reasons; contact the insurer about coverage questions.

When insurance is optional, travelers who decline it remain responsible for applicable cancellation penalties, nonrefundable payments, and uninsured expenses. We may request written acknowledgment of acceptance or declination. If we assist with purchasing coverage, the insurer and policy documents will be identified. Insurance does not replace any refund rights available under law.

10 Disruptions itinerary changes and extraordinary events

Weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruptions, and other events beyond reasonable control may disrupt travel. Such events do not automatically entitle a party to retain all payments or eliminate statutory refund rights.

We and the suppliers may make reasonable itinerary adjustments when needed for safety, availability, or operational reasons, consistent with the booking terms and applicable law. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible and explain available alternatives, cancellation rights, and refunds. A significant substitution or price increase requiring consent will not be treated as accepted merely because you previously accepted these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for a failure or delay caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, except that payment, accounting, notice, and refund obligations continue where required. Cancellation charges and unrecoverable supplier costs are governed by the accepted booking terms and applicable law. We will reasonably assist in seeking available refunds or credits and will identify documented deductions. We will not deduct speculative or potential future costs from refunds due to you.

Extra lodging, replacement transportation, meals, and other disruption expenses may be your responsibility unless the supplier, insurer, or applicable law requires otherwise. Monitor official advisories and supplier notices. Your decision not to travel when services remain available is subject to the applicable cancellation terms, any insurance coverage, and legal protections.

11 Flight schedules and airport procedures

Follow the airline’s current check-in, baggage, and boarding deadlines. As general planning guidance, allow at least two hours at the airport for domestic departures and three hours for international departures, or longer when advised. Monitor schedules before and during travel. Contact the airline and us promptly about disruptions or missed departures; missing an outbound segment can cause cancellation of later segments. Seats, operating carriers, aircraft, and schedules can change. We will relay changes we receive, but cannot guarantee advance notice from a supplier.

12 Identification passports visas and health requirements

Provide each traveler’s full legal name, date of birth, and other booking information exactly as required by the carrier and travel documents. Confirm required identification for every segment. Adults using a state-issued license or identification card at TSA checkpoints must meet current REAL ID requirements or use another TSA-accepted document, such as a valid passport. REAL ID enforcement began May 7, 2025. TSA generally does not require identification for children under 18 traveling within the United States, but carrier and international travel requirements may differ.

You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, transit permissions, electronic travel authorizations, required health documentation, and any consent documents for minors. Passport validity and blank-page requirements vary by destination and transit point; some require six months of validity beyond travel. Check requirements for your nationality, itinerary, and circumstances with the relevant government authorities before booking and again before departure.

Entry is decided by immigration authorities, even if a visa is issued. Prior criminal convictions or other circumstances can affect admissibility. Ask the destination’s authorities about individual eligibility. We provide general assistance, not immigration or medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional about vaccinations, medications, fitness for travel, and destination health risks.

Failure to obtain required documents may result in denied boarding or entry and cancellation penalties. You are responsible for resulting costs attributable to your failure, subject to applicable law. Any request for reimbursement of a documented loss we incur must have a lawful basis; these terms do not authorize automatic charges to a stored card.

13 Accessibility assistance and special requests

Tell us as early as possible about accessibility features or assistance needed so we can check the specific itinerary and supplier arrangements. Share information relevant to arranging assistance; unnecessary medical details are not required. We will make reasonable efforts to identify suitable options and communicate confirmed arrangements and known limitations.

Accessibility varies by destination, property, vehicle, and activity. We do not impose a blanket ban on mobility devices or require a companion solely because a traveler has a disability. Personal care services are not included unless expressly agreed. If personal assistance is needed beyond services available from suppliers, discuss how it will be arranged. Any essential safety restriction or documentation request must be lawful and based on the particular service and circumstances. If an accommodation cannot be arranged, we will discuss alternatives and applicable rights rather than automatically applying cancellation penalties.

Bedding, views, adjoining rooms, seats, dietary requests, and celebration amenities are requests unless specifically confirmed as guaranteed. Honeymoon and anniversary offers depend on the resort’s stated eligibility, dates, and documentation requirements; no universal 30-day eligibility period applies.

14 Hotels rental cars and travel documents

Hotels may require identification, a minimum check-in age, and a card or deposit in the lead guest’s name for incidentals. Debit-card acceptance and holds vary. These are separate from prepaid travel charges. Occupancy, accessible-room features, and permitted bedding must be confirmed for the booked room. Report late arrival directly to the hotel and to us to help prevent cancellation of remaining nights. Hotel changes and refunds follow the booked rate conditions and applicable law.

Rental cars are subject to the rental company’s agreement, including driver age, license, credit or debit card, deposit, insurance, fuel, mileage, toll, and return requirements. Verify these before booking. A car category may be confirmed without guaranteeing a specific make or model. Extra items you approve or changes to rental duration may affect the final charge. The proposal or rental confirmation identifies the payment arrangement; we do not make a blanket representation about which party collects taxes or charges your card.

We will provide confirmations, vouchers, and available travel documents electronically unless otherwise agreed. Airline ticket issuance and final document delivery depend on the supplier and payment requirements; there is no universal two-week delivery date. Keep documents secure and tell us promptly if anything is missing or inaccurate. Replacement and refund availability for lost documents depends on the issuer’s rules.

15 Supplier responsibility and our responsibility

Independent suppliers control their operations and are responsible for providing the services they undertake to supply. We do not guarantee their performance or protection from the ordinary risks of travel. We will use reasonable care in providing our own agreed services and assist with supplier issues within our role.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by an independent supplier or an event beyond our reasonable control. This provision does not excuse our own negligence or misconduct, breach of our obligations, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections, including applicable airline passenger rights, remain in effect. A supplier’s terms cannot eliminate obligations imposed directly on us by law.

16 Billing questions complaints and disputes

Contact us promptly about a billing concern so we can investigate and seek a resolution. Nothing in these terms restricts a good-faith credit-card dispute, statutory billing-error rights, or a complaint to a regulator. You need not wait for our response if doing so would jeopardize a legal deadline. These terms do not authorize automatic chargeback penalties, attorney fees, or debits to a stored card.

During travel, report service problems to the supplier promptly and contact us at (214) 886-2469 or contact@landptravel.net so we can assist. After travel, send a written account with your booking reference and supporting information, preferably within 28 days. This requested period does not shorten a statutory deadline or automatically forfeit a claim.

17 Personal information and account security

We use booking information under our Privacy Policy, made available before collection, and share it with suppliers and service providers as needed to arrange and administer services, including overseas. Provide others’ information only with authority. Use secure channels for sensitive information. Marketing consent is separate from booking consent.

Protect passwords and payment links, and report suspected misuse promptly. We may restrict access reasonably needed to address security threats, subject to law. Disclosures for security or legal purposes must comply with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

18 Photography and video

We will obtain separate, optional consent before using your identifiable image, voice, or likeness for marketing. A parent or legal guardian must authorize such use involving a minor. Declining does not affect your booking. Tell us if you prefer not to appear in agency-organized group photos; we cannot control independent photography by others.

19 Governing law and resolving disagreements

Texas law governs this agreement, except where applicable federal law or another nonwaivable consumer protection controls. Please contact us first to attempt an informal resolution when practical. The parties may agree to mediation. Arbitration is voluntary and requires a separate written agreement; accepting these terms does not impose mandatory arbitration.

To the extent enforceable under applicable law, litigation relating to this agreement will be brought in a state court in Dallas County, Texas, or the federal court serving that county with jurisdiction over the dispute. This does not restrict a nonwaivable right to another forum or a complaint to a regulator. Attorney fees and costs are recoverable only where authorized by applicable law or a separate enforceable agreement.

20 Versions severability and the complete agreement

The accepted version applies to your booking. Later website revisions apply to future bookings unless a lawful amendment is separately agreed. We will retain the accepted version. These terms and the Section 2 booking documents form the agreement and replace prior discussions on those services. Amendments require written agreement. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues as permitted by law. Required disclosures and protections applicable to your residence remain effective.

21 Booking acknowledgment

Booking acceptance statement: I have read and agree to the L&P Travel, LLC Terms and Conditions and the trip-specific booking and supplier terms provided to me, including the payment schedule, agency fees, and cancellation conditions. I understand that travel insurance is recommended for all bookings and required when specified before booking. I have authority to accept for any traveler I represent and to authorize the payments I approve.
