A processing fee is added at checkout. Each traveler requires a paid seat regardless of age.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A $40 per-person nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve an Early Bird or Regular Registration seat.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by November 14, 2026. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of payments already made.

Registrations completed after November 14 require full payment at booking.

All deposits and payments are nonrefundable unless Seat’s Taken Travel Co. cancels the trip.

This trip is subject to a minimum participation requirement. If Seat’s Taken Travel Co. cancels the trip because the minimum participation requirement is not met, travelers will receive a refund of payments made directly to Seat’s Taken Travel Co. Third-party processing fees may remain nonrefundable.

Reservations may not be transferred to another traveler without written approval from Seat’s Taken Travel Co. Transfer requests must be received by November 14, 2026, and approval is not guaranteed.

Registration closes November 28, 2026, or when all available seats are sold.

IMPORTANT TRIP INFORMATION

• Potomac Mills is an independent shopping experience. Travelers choose their own stores, meals, and activities.

• The motorcoach will use one designated arrival and departure location. It will not operate as a local shuttle during the shopping day.

• Travelers must return to the announced motorcoach pickup point by the required boarding time.

• The motorcoach cannot wait for late travelers. Anyone who misses the return departure is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation back to Raleigh.

• Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are strongly recommended.

• Travelers are responsible for their purchases and personal belongings. Seat’s Taken Travel Co. is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged.

• Shopping bags must remain within the space available for each traveler. Oversized purchases, furniture and items that cannot be safely stored on the motorcoach are not permitted.

• Minors must travel with and remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.

• Travelers must follow all motorcoach safety rules and instructions provided by the driver and Seat’s Taken hosts.

• The itinerary, times, and planned activities may change because of traffic, weather, holiday congestion, safety considerations, venue operations, or transportation requirements.
