Cancellation policy:
Prissi Travels will waive all cancellation fees for this event as all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. All cancellation request must be submitted to priscilla@prissitravels.com
Travel Document Requirement:
All participants must have a valid United States passport.
Hazardous Material Disclosure:
Federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft. If you do not understand these restrictions, contact your airline or go to http://www.faa.gov/about/initiatives/hazmat_safety.
Travel Protection/ Travel Insurance:
Travel protection is not mandatory, however, this trip is NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel Protection is highly recommended to help protect your investment and can be added at the time you secure your deposit or at any point PRIOR to your departure date.
Travel insurance/protection is NOT included in the rate, which makes it an additional cost and would be due at the time it is added. Insurance should ideally include ALL upfront expenses for your trip i.e. airfare, hotel stay etc. However, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions you should consider obtaining travel insurance within 10 days of securing your trip.
