We are Don't Wait, TRAVEL!, Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Don't Wait, TRAVEL!, Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC and the terms "you, I" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
I authorize Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC are non-refundable.
I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations will not be honored as the trip is nonrefundable.

I acknowledge that I have read all terms and conditions of said trip.
I do hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC for my participation in various activities during my trip.
Don't Wait, TRAVEL reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
I understand that payment plans are automatically generated. It is my responsibility to contact Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC directly at dontwaittravel22@gmail.com if I would like to setup a unique payment plan to suit my needs.
I understand that a second payment must be made within 45 days of paying the initial deposit to have my booking deem as "active."
I understand that if I do not make payments toward the trip for 60 days, fail to communicate my payment strategy, or fail to respond to communication sent by Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC, my trip will be canceled, and any payments made thus far will be forfeited and not be refunded. The spot will be provided to another traveler.
Whatsapp Group Chat
I understand that I will be required to join the group's WhatsApp group chat prior to our group trip. Failure to join and participate in the chat when requesed by the organizers, will result in removal from the group trip and my trip will be canceled. Any payments that I have made thus far will be forfeited and not be refunded to me.
I understand that the trip is nonrefundable and non-transferable, and that it is my responsibility to purchase full travel insurance to include medical coverage, to recup any monetary loss minus deposits, taxes and fees, due to an unforeseen cancellation or trip disruption. It is my responsibility to read the terms of the insurance policy and select the best coverage that suit my needs. I understand that it is necessary for me to contact my travel insurance company directly in the event that an insurance claim needs to be made.
I understand that making reservations for this package signifies acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
I understand that reservations must be made in my FULL NAME as it appears on my passport. Name corrections may require an additional fee.
I understand that this journey is generally not suitable for persons with reduced mobility, or certain types of allergies. If I have special needs (e.g., a wheelchair, walker, oxygen unit or similar) or health restrictions that affect my ability to travel freely, I will inform Don't Wait, TRAVEL! before booking, to determine whether the trip is suitable for me.
In addition, it is my responsibility to notify Don't Wait, TRAVEL! in writing if I am allergic to certain food or environments prior to booking a trip, to determine whether or not the trip is suitable for me based on the trip's itinerary.
Consequently, all resulting disadvantages and costs will be borne solely by me, if Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC is not notified of any medical conditions or restrictions prior to booking and the trip cannot be carried out as booked.
I also release Don't Wait, TRAVEL! from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damages and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned that may occur while I partake in the above-described trip and activity.
Furthermore, I hereby assume all risks of personal injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, and expense as a result of participation in any and all recreation and leisure activities involved therein.
Furthermore, I hereby provide authorization and permission to Don't Wait, TRAVEL! to service my transportation, food, and lodging as described in the itinerary. I have alerted Don't Wait, TRAVEL! of any allergies or special needs that I have.
The undersigned further hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Don't Wait, TRAVEL!; its member, for any liability sustained by said travel organizers as the result, of negligent, willful or intentional acts on my part, including expenses incurred thereto.
The undersigned further hereby agrees that I am in good health condition to travel and participate in various activities. I hereby authorize medical treatment, including but not limited to emergency surgery or medical treatment, and I assume the responsibility of all medical bills if any.
Furthermore, should it become necessary for me to return home due to medical reasons, disciplinary action or otherwise, I hereby assume all transportation costs and understand that there are no refunds for the same.
Furthermore, I understand that obtaining a travel insurance is STRONGLY ADVISED, if something were to happen to me, I will not hold Don't Wait, TRAVEL! or third party vendors responsible or liable.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I have read the above Liability Release Form and understand the rules of conduct set forth herein. I also agree to receive additional instruction(s) from the leadership of Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC regarding the safety of myself and others.
MEDIA
I grant Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC the right to take photos and videos of me during the trip. And understand that photos and videos that are taken by Don't Wait, TRAVEL! LLC will be used for promotional purposes.
ITINERARIES
Don't Wait, TRAVEL! reserves the right to modify itineraries, including pricing, arranged sightseeing, and substitute accommodations, including transportation, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to operate itineraries as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the Client
Any cancellation of a booking by a Client must be delivered to Don't Wait, TRAVEL! in writing and be acknowledged by Don't Wait, TRAVEL!
- Don't Wait, TRAVEL! is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the canceled booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
- For Travel with Don't Wait, TRAVEL!, it is highly recommended for all clients to purchase full coverage travel insurance. Travel insurance policy coverage purchased should be comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance.

Cancellation of a Trip By Don't Wait, TRAVEL!
- Don't Wait, TRAVEL! will not cancel a booking on any Trip once confirmed, in accordance with these Terms, except for reasons of ‘Force Majeure’, which will be defined as unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Don't Wait, TRAVEL!
- When a trip is canceled by Don't Wait, TRAVEL! before the agreed date of departure for reasons not arising from the fault or negligence of or within the reasonable control of the Client, the Client will have the choice of:
(1.) Accepting from Don't Wait, TRAVEL! a substitute trip of lower value if no trip of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available, and to recover from Don't Wait, TRAVEL! the difference in price; or
(2.) Accept from Don't Wait, TRAVEL! a full refund of all monies paid for the canceled
Trip(s).
PAYMENTS
Final Payment: Clients should refer to the confirmation email sent by Don't Wait, TRAVEL! for details regarding the final payment for any trip booked. If full payment is not received by such due date,
- Don't Wait, TRAVEL! may change the rate payable for the trip, or may treat the booking of such trip as canceled and will keep the amount paid on booking as a cancellation fee, at Don't Wait, TRAVEL! sole discretion. If a trip is booked less than 30 days before the departure date, then the full amount is payable at the time of booking in order for the booking to be confirmed. The reip must be paid in full by the due date in order to join the group trip. Please understand that your trip will be canceled if it is not paid in full by the contraceted due date. If for any Trip, payment terms differ from those outlined in this section, the applicable terms will be communicated to the Client prior to booking and will also be detailed on the applicable invoice.
- Late Payment: Failure to make a payment on time is a breach of contract and will result in the cancellation of your trip unless Don't Wait, TRAVEL! receives an email asking for an extension. Don't Wait, TRAVEL! maintains the right to assign your spot to the next eligible client on the waitlist.
- Client Details: As a condition to valid confirmation of any booking with Don't Wait, TRAVEL! the client must provide all necessary information as requested by Don't Wait, TRAVEL! along with their final payment. If the client fails to provide such information prior to the final payment due date of said trip, an Administrative Fee will be charged to the client, and Don't Wait, TRAVEL! reserves the right to treat such booking as canceled and levy any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by Don't Wait, TRAVEL!, in its sole discretion. The information required from each client will vary by trip, and the requirements will be communicated to the clients during the booking process.
- Credit Card Charges: Don't Wait, TRAVEL! is not responsible for any charges taxed or charged by third parties and/or financial institutions and payable by the Client as a result of credit card or other payment transactions in connection with the purchase of trips and will not refund or return any fees charged by such third parties in connection with payments made by clients to Don't Wait, TRAVEL!
AUTHORITY ON TRIP & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
- At all times the decision of the Don't Wait, TRAVEL! representative will be final on all matters regarding safety and the well-being of clients and operational requirements of the trip. By traveling with Don't Wait, TRAVEL!, the client agrees to abide by the authority of the representative. The client must always strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of all countries and regions visited on the applicable trip. If the client is affected by any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect client’s ability to travel or participate in adventure travel activities, the client must advise Don't Wait, TRAVEL! at the time of booking along with any documents reasonably requested by Don't Wait, TRAVEL! to ensure the health and safety of all Clients who travel with Don't Wait, TRAVEL!
- Should the Client fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on the trip or, if in the opinion representative (in his/her and/or Don't Wait, TRAVEL! sole discretion), the client’s behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress or drastic annoyance to others, Don't Wait, TRAVEL! may terminate that client’s travel arrangements on any trip immediately without any liability on Don't Wait, TRAVEL!s’ part and the client will not be entitled to any refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred resulting from the termination of the travel arrangements, including, without limitation, return travel, accommodations, meals, and/or incidentals.
- Clients agree that they are responsible for any costs incurred by Don't Wait, TRAVEL!, Don't Wait, TRAVEL! suppliers or Don't Wait, TRAVEL! partners, as a result of damage, destruction, theft, or excess cleaning fees related to Client’s accommodation, transport, or other use of facilities while on the trip. Clients agree to immediately report any pre-existing damage of this kind to the staff of the accommodation, transportation service, or facility and/or an Don't Wait, TRAVEL!’ representative as soon as possible upon detection.
- Client agrees to take all judicious measures in relation to their own safety while on any Don't Wait, TRAVEL! trip, including, but not limited to, the proper use of safety devices such as seatbelts, harnesses, and helmets, and obey all posted signs and warnings in relation to client’s health and safety. Don't Wait, TRAVEL! will not be liable for any failure on the client’s part to comply with this paragraph.
COVID-19 LIABILITY WAIVER
I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.
I further acknowledge that Don't Wait, TRAVEL! has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I further acknowledge that Don't Wait, TRAVEL! can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, other travelers in the group.
I voluntarily seek to travel with Don't Wait, TRAVEL! and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk of exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my appointment.

I attest that:
* I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
* I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.
* I have not traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days.
* I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
* I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as noncontagious by state or local public health authorities.
* I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I hereby release and agree to hold Don't Wait, TRAVEL! harmless from and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the staff, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Don't Wait, TRAVEL!. I understand that this release discharges Don't Wait, TRAVEL! from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the company with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Don't Wait, TRAVEL!. This liability waiver and release extends to the company together with all owners, partners, and employees.
