This trip all about fun, relaxation, and making everyone feel welcome. Guests should treat fellow travelers, the host, crew, and vendors with, courtesy, and respect. If they behave like a soap opera villain at home, best to leave them off the cast list. 🤨
 
We understand that everyone has different personalities and needs. You are welcome to enjoy group activities or take time for yourself.  There is no pressure to socialize 24/7.
 
Personal Responsibility
 
Travelers are responsible for their health, safety, belongings, travel documents, and decisions throughout the trip.
 
Travelers requiring mobility assistance must make their own arrangements, as Escape with Sage LLC does not provide this service.
 
Cruise Line Rules
 
All travelers must comply with the rules, policies, and requirements of Virgin Voyages, including its health, safety, conduct, identification, and onboard policies.

  • $50 group bar tab per cabin

  • One group dining experience

  • Food: Access to more than 20 unique sit-down eateries and casual spots with no extra specialty restaurant fees or buffets.
  • Drinks: Essential non-alcoholic beverages including drip coffee, tea, sodas, juices, and still or sparkling water.
  • Fitness: Unlimited access to group fitness classes like yoga, cycling, and HIIT, plus gym equipment.
  • Entertainment: Access to live shows, pop-up performances, and onboard production shows.
  • Wi-Fi: Standard ship-wide internet access for browsing and messaging.

💡 Important Personal Expenses

Travelers are responsible for personal expenses not specifically listed as included in their cruise package, such as optional excursions, transportation, shopping, specialty dining, alcoholic or premium beverages, gratuities, and other onboard or related charges.

Travelers must arrange their own domestic or international flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Escape with Sage LLC doesn’t handle booking or managing flights, accommodations, or transportation, but I’m always happy to provide help and guidance whenever needed.

 
🛂 Travelers are responsible for and carrying a valid passport.  
 
Escape with Sage LLC bears no responsibility for denied boarding or entry resulting from improper documentation.

  • Thursday, June 17, 2027 – Miami, Florida, United States; Departs at 5:00 p.m. EST  
  • Friday, June 18, 2027 – Key, Florida, United States  
  • Saturday 19, 2027 – At Sea  
  • Sunday, June 20, 2027 – Bimini Bahamas  
  • Monday, June 21, 2027 – Miami, Florida United; Arrives at 6:30 a.m. EST  
 
🌧️🌊 Inclement Weather & Itinerary Changes 
 
Cruise operations are subject to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. Hurricanes, tropical storms, high, rough seas, port closures, mechanical failures, emergencies, or other unforeseen events may necessitate changes to the itinerary, delayed, missed ports, altered sailing times, or cancellations by the cruise line.
 
Port & Excursion changes 
 
Safety is the highest priority. Guests are responsible for arriving at designated meeting points at the assigned times. Excursions and activities may be modified or canceled due to weather, safety considerations, availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.  
 
Escape with Sage LLC has no authority over weather, cruise decisions, port, or itinerary adjustments and is not liable for refunds or resulting from changes implemented by cruise line or other uncontrollable.  
 
 

 💳 Payment Plan & Booking Details

✨ Flexible Monthly Payments

Flexible payments are available through the cruise line’s payment link.

💰 Deposit Requirement

  • The non-refundable $75-per-person deposit applies to the curation fee. 
  • You will receive a payment link from the cruise line to make your payments.
  • Your cabin is not considered fully reserved until the required deposit has been received and processed. 

  • Solo travelers paying the double occupancy rate should email me at hello@escapewithsage.com to arrange accommodations.

 

📅 Payment Schedule

  • A 20% payment on the cabin cost is due within 24 hours after the cruise line sends the payment link.

  • The final payment is due on February 17, 2027.

 

💳 Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit card
  • Paid directly to supplier
  • You are responsible for making payments on time
  • All payments are subject to the payment schedule and cancellation policies provided at the time of booking. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of the reservation and loss of applicable payments or deposits

Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

You will receive updates on your payments and remaining balance.

You can make larger payments at any time to reduce your balance faster.

💰 Deposits & Fees

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • The $75 per person curation fee to Escape with Sage LLC is non-refundable

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing 
  • No refunds for unused services
  • Supplier cancellation penalties may apply.
  • Refund eligibility is determined solely by the travel supplier.
  • Escape with Sage LLC cannot guarantee refunds.
 
✨ Recommendation: 
 

Travel Protection is strongly recommended for all travelers and costs $81 per person.

If you decline travel protection, you assume responsibility for any financial losses caused by cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, weather, missed connections, or other unforeseen events.

Escape with Sage LLC operates exclusively as an independent travel advisor. Transportation providers, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers are independent entities solely responsible for the services they deliver.
 
Escape with Sage LLC bears no liability for delays, cancellations, schedule, weather-related disruptions, labor disputes, supplier insolvency, acts of terrorism, governmental actions, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
