We are Travel Gems International and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Travel Gems International and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Travel Gems International – Terms & Conditions Agreement

By booking a trip with Travel Gems International, the traveler agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, the traveler authorizes Travel Gems International to charge the credit/debit card provided for all agreed-upon payments, including any scheduled installment payments.

The traveler confirms they are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to use the payment method provided.

2. Payment Plans & Automatic Charges

If a payment plan is selected, the traveler agrees:

Payments will be automatically charged according to the agreed schedule (if enrolled in autopay)
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available
Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund

For travelers not enrolled in automatic payments:

Payments must remain current
Payments cannot be more than sixty (60) days past due
Accounts exceeding 60 days past due are subject to immediate cancellation without refund

3. Strict No Chargeback Policy

By completing this purchase, the traveler explicitly agrees:

Not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any valid, authorized transaction
To contact Travel Gems International directly to resolve any concerns prior to disputing charges
That filing a chargeback after agreeing to these terms constitutes a violation of this agreement

Travel Gems International reserves the right to submit all supporting evidence—including communications, signed agreements, identification, and payment records—to dispute any chargeback.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to Travel Gems International are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Personal cancellations
Changes in travel plans
Fear of travel or global events
Airline disruptions, delays, or cancellations

5. Travel Insurance Requirement (Strongly Recommended)

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Travel Gems International is not responsible for:

Flight issues or disruptions
Personal emergencies
Weather or global events
Government restrictions

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance.

6. Flight Requirement Policy

Travelers are responsible for securing their own flights unless otherwise specified.

Flights must be secured no later than sixty (60) days prior to the trip start date
Failure to secure flights within this timeframe may impact participation in the trip
Travel Gems International is not responsible for any missed trip components due to failure to secure flights on time

7. Required Identification Submission

All travelers must submit a valid government-issued ID (passport or state ID) within three (3) business days of booking.

ID must match the name used for booking
Failure to provide identification may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund

8. Traveler Responsibility

The traveler is responsible for:

Ensuring all personal and travel information is accurate
Securing flights within the required timeframe
Meeting all passport, visa, and entry requirements

9. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By completing the booking and submitting payment, the traveler acknowledges that they:

Have read and agreed to all Terms & Conditions
Understand all payments are non-refundable
Authorize all charges
Agree not to dispute valid charges through their bank
Understand payment delinquency and flight requirements

10. Signature Requirement

By signing below, the traveler provides a legally binding acknowledgment of this agreement.
