TRS Turquesa Hotel is an exclusive area located in the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Complex Resorts & Spa. The concept of TRS Turquesa Hotel is differentiated by its personalized service for adults only, while the rest of the Grand Palladium is family resort.  

Enjoy privacy, relaxation and tranquility in this luxurious resort. It is located in a privileged setting right on the seafront on the renowned Playa Bavaro.  It is all set in the midst of a coconut plantation and lush tropical vegetation.

Room packages are per person each person must book on the same reservation for double occupancy.

 Travel protection is per person and if you are on a reservation with someone else you will purchase travel protection individually.

Tours/Excursions can be booked at the resort with Concierge, or you can do a group activity and book before arrival.  

Group flights can be booked with 10 or more leaving from the same gate of departure.

 PAYMENTS:  

Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your credit card or bank account.  You will be sent automated reminders of when payments are due. The convenient payment plan is set up once your deposit has been made.  

Payments can be made via Zelle to avoid processing fees once initial deposit has been received to confirm reservation.

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@preciousmemoriestravels.com.  I am here to make your experience as seamless as possible.  I do understand that sometimes life happens, and things do not go as planned.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case "what if" happens.  It is better to have insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Precious Memories Travel LLC and Travel Joy do not store any financial or sensitive user data on Travel Joy servers.  User data such as credit card numbers, bank accounts are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provider with bank-grade SSL encryption.  Our payment provider is Square, one of the world's largest payment providers used by many large internet companies such as Facebook and Twitter.  Precious Memories Travel LLC and Travel Joy do not have access at any point to the user's financial data.

Client Agreement:

 I authorize Precious Memories Travel LLC, to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on invoice.  This payment is for the services outlined on the invoice.  I understand that all payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and it is in my best interest to obtain Travel Insurance to protect my investment.

I certify that I am an authorized user of this payment method, and I will not dispute the payment with my financial institution so long as the transaction amount corresponds to the terms indicated on the invoice.
