Due Dates:
- June 25th, 2026 $300 deposit due.
- July 1st, 2026 Payment of 2 nights must be made.
- October 1st, 2026 Remaining balance due.
Resort Policy Reminders:
To be considered a part of Bora and Allen’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur a penalties fees for those that book outside the room block.
- To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Garza Blanca Cancun as part of the wedding group.
- All guests must stay all-inclusive at the resorts.
- Garza Blanca does not sell day passes to guests staying at a different resort outside of the Room Block.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact ana@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
- Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
- Please note that Ocean View rooms at Garza Blanca will be on the ocean side of the resort. Your room may only have a partial ocean view from your patio/terrace.
- November 21st, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
- Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
- Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
- Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 12. Exceeding children will be charged the adult occupancy rate. 1 Free Child age 0 - 1 is permitted in rooms with only 1 King Bed.
- When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
- If booking more than two children, your invoice will be manually updated after booking to reflect the correct rate.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before July 1st, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
- Between July 1st, 2026 and October 1st, 2026 any reduction in room nights will result in a one room night per person penalty based on the category cancelled.
- Between October 1st, 2026 and October 25th, 2026 any reduction in room nights will result in a two night per person penalty based on category cancelled.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers or on after October 25th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
