Cancellation policy:

Terms & Conditions: Your deposit of $450 is non-refundable. Final payment is due on May 30th. Trip revisions are not allowed within 60 days of the travel date. If your roommate decides to cancel and you would still like to travel, a replacement traveler must be reinstated to avoid a penalty fee.

Pure water villa

From the expansive pool with built in seating along each side to the open concept of the living, dining area and kitchen, this home enhances indoor to outdoor living. Featuring a bbq and bar area positioned between the kitchen and pool deck with indoor and outdoor dining for 10. The indoor kitchen is a chef's dream featuring Wolf, Sub Zero and Cove appliances, Cuisinart coffee maker for brewing hot or iced coffees and a Ninja Mega Kitchen System for smoothies, kitchen processing or frozen cocktails. The 70" Smart Tv in the living area is perfect for game day or enjoying a great movie together.
The primary bedroom is located on the main floor. Large patio doors open to the covered terrace from this room and also features a 65" Smart Tv, expansive bathroom with soaker tub and walk in shower. There are 4 king bedrooms located on the second floor... each with ensuite bathroom and walk in showers, two of these bathrooms feature soaker tubs. The three bedrooms along the pool side of the villa have patio doors which open onto a private terrace... perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening repass to watch the sun set after a great day.
