  • A Valid passport that expires later than 6 months after this trip is required 
  • This trip is NON REFUNDABLE for any cancellation initiated by the guest. You will not receive a refund or travel credit. Please purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
  • Monthly payments are due the last day of each month after deposit, with final payment due by January 31, 2026. Failure to adhere to the monthly payment schedule will result in cancellation of your spot. .
  • Registration must be reserved in your legal name,  as it appears on your passport. This is required at booking, and any requested name changes/corrections will incur a $100 fee.
  • A transaction fee (convenience fee) is added to all payments. This fee is charged by the card company & payment processing company at 5.5-6% of each payment rendered.   

 

Booking Instructions 

  • Choose your desired room type. 
  • Select the number of travelers.
  • If a double occupancy room is desired, and 2 guests want to register and pay separately, please choose 1 as the number of travelers. The roommates MUST make deposit within 24 hours of each other. The reservation will stay the single occupancy pricing until the roommate is registered. If this is not done within 24 hours of each other, the reservation will remain at single occupancy pricing. 
  • If you are a single traveler, choose 1 as the number of travelers.  The pricing will update to the single occupancy rate.
  • Enter your information.
  • Sign your contract and pay the required deposit and you're all set!
  • You will receive a welcome email from Green Book Vacations once your reservation is confirmed, along with a receipt for your payment.  Please mark "teneka@greenbookvacations" as a contact in your email provider and check spam/promotions for the welcome email if not received within 24 hours of registration.
