- Fee: $75 administrative fee
- Refund: Full refund minus the administrative fee

- Fee: 25% of the total trip cost
- Refund: 75% of the total trip cost

- Fee: 50% of the total trip cost
- Refund: 50% of the total trip cost

14 Days or Less Before Departure
- Fee: 100% of the total trip cost
- Refund: No refund available
Additional Terms
- Airline, Hotel, and Tour Operator Policies: In addition to Bay Area Travel's cancellation policy, you are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, or tour operators. These entities may have stricter policies or additional fees that will apply.
- Non-Refundable Components: Certain components of your travel arrangements, such as promotional flights, special hotel rates, or activities, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
