A $250 deposit per room is required at the time of booking to secure your room. After the deposit is paid, you will receive your room assignment and confirmation number.

Forms of payment accepted, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. Anyone needing an alternative form of payment (Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo will be charged a $25 service fee)

COVID Testing - Riu Hotels & Resorts As a reminder, Riu Hotels & Resorts have ended complementary COVID-19 testing for guests traveling in 2022. For guests traveling 3/10/22 and beyond, COVID-19 tests will be available on property, but for an additional to be paid directly to the hotel.

 

RIU Student & Spring Break Group Policy With the intention of maintaining the comfort and security of our mutual clients the following policies apply: Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted exclusively at the following five (5) hotel: Riu Santa Fe, Riu Cancun, Riu Caribe, Riu Dunamar, and Riu Republica.

 

JAMAICA'S TOBACCO CONTROL REGULATIONS SMOKING PROHIBITED IN THE FOLLOWING PLACES: •All enclosed places (Restaurants, bars, lobby areas and rooms) •Public transportation •Workplaces • Government owned and occupied buildings •Health facilities including pharmacies •Sports, athletics and recreational facilities for use by the public •Educational institutions •Areas specifically for use by children • And places of collective use such as bus stops. Student Groups/Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense. Parties in rooms are not permitted.
 
The Splash Water Parks at Hotel will be closed one day a week for maintenance purposes (set day may change from time to time) The parks will remain in operation 6 days a week.

Travel Reservation Payment Collection Policy

 Payment Deadline:

  • The payment deadline for all reservations is clearly stated in the booking confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the guest to make payment by this deadline to secure their reservation.

Payment Process:

  • Payments can be made through acceptable payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank.
  • Payment must be completed in full, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Consequences of Late Payment:

  • First Reminder: If payment is not received by the deadline, a reminder email will be sent to the guest. This email will include the new payment deadline and any additional instructions.  A late fee of $100. will be charged to your account and must be paid with your balance.

  • Second Reminder: If payment is still not received by the extended deadline, a second reminder will be sent, indicating that the reservation is at risk of cancellation.  A late fee of $100. will be charged to your account and must be paid with your balance.

  • Cancellation: If payment is not received by the final deadline specified in the second reminder, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The guest will be notified of the cancellation via email, and any previously paid amounts (if applicable) may be forfeited according to the cancellation policy.

Rebooking:

  • If a reservation is canceled due to non-payment, the guest may contact us to inquire about rebooking availability. However, rebooking is subject to availability and current rates, which may differ from the original reservation.

Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Guests experiencing unforeseen circumstances should contact BEA ABOUT IT TRAVEL immediately to discuss potential arrangements.

It’s an Exciting adventure, the right island vibe you need our experienced guide will raft you down the river while giving you the history of the village, the river and Jamaica on a whole they’ll come to a stop where you’ll spend some time taking photos, videos, have a drink, swim if you wish, eat food, get you’re massage etc.

You will listen to music from your phone via Bluetooth connected to the captain music box, enjoy the beautiful views and nature of the surrounding, (females) get complimentary limestone foot massage from toe to knee, if a male would like massage, he must request it before the start of the tour so the captain can arrange a female to do that
