BWM Travel Agency sometimes works with multiple suppliers in order to find you the best rate. My card information will be shared with those suppliers in order to purchase my vacation package.  By signing below, I authorize BWM TRAVEL AGENCY to charge the credit card provided herein.

EXPLANATION

• Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay the full amount of the supplier invoice by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure to pay the invoice by the due date may result in late fees and interest charges starting at $50.
• Changes to Bookings: Any changes to the client's booking must be made through BWM Travel Agency. The client is responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of changes made to their booking.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier. BWM Travel Agency is not responsible for any refund or cancellation requests made by the client.
• Chargeback Policy: If the client initiates a chargeback with their credit card company for a supplier invoice, BWM Travel Agency reserves the right to charge the client a $50 chargeback processing fee without prior notice plus the original cost of any chargeback. 
• Liability: BWM Travel Agency is not liable for any issues or disputes that may arise between the client and the supplier. The client agrees to hold BWM Travel Agency harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the client's use of the supplier's services.
• Intellectual Property: The client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any supplier materials or intellectual property without the prior written consent of the supplier.
• Verification of Name: In the event that you authorize payment and have not uploaded an ID or Passport to verify the spelling of your name, you will be held liable for all name corrections. We strongly recommend that you verify your name with us to ensure that it is accurate and matches your ID or Passport.
• Verification of Information: If you have completed a DocuSign, you have verified that all information provided is correct. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information is accurate, and any changes may incur additional charges from the travel supplier.
• Changes and Cancellation: Any changes made to your vacation package will incur a $50 service fee and any additional charges from the travel supplier. Payments processed by BWM Travel Agency are always non-refundable. Please note that the travel supplier may have their own cancellation policies and fees.
• Liability: BWM Travel Agency acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, or additional expenses incurred due to delays or disruptions in travel arrangements.
• Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. BWM Travel Agency is not responsible for any denied boarding or additional expenses incurred due to improper documentation.
• Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, illness, or lost luggage.

• Direct Payments for Group Trips: For group trips, BWM Travel Agency may occasionally charge direct payments on your invoice. These payments can range from $99 to $500, based on the package price. The fee will be noted on the invoice and is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellations, missed trips, or cancellations from the host.

• Group Trip Price Increase Liability: If you are on a group trip and your group members cancel, you may be liable to pay an increased price based on the updated group size and applicable rates.

• Additionally, if you have a roommate and they forfeit or do not complete payment, you may incur penalties, and pricing is subject to increase.
