Group Trip Rules & Policies

 Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions below.

• Your payments made to TreyDay GetAways are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because TreyDay GetAways has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

• In the event you need to CANCEL for any reason, TRAVEL INSURANCE  is highly recommended to obtain a refund from your selected travel insurance company.

• Second payment must be made to have your booking deem as "ACTIVE".

• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your Passport and/or Birth Certificate.

• Check spam or junk mail for receipt, invoices or trip confirmation.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current, unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly plan.

• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If they cancel, you will be responsible for the full room.

• Roommate Matching is available.

• Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice and payment plan. Please check your spam or junk mail if your invoice is not automatically sent. 

• Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.

• After the final payment deadline full penalty will be imposed, funds will not be refunded or be transferred. 

• You are responsible to keep TreyDay GetAways informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.

• Roommate Matching is offered for this trip. If you want to be matched, please enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form where if asks for your roommate name. Also, please note roommate matching does not take place until after 75% of the cost of the package is paid.
