Payment Information
All payments are handled through our secure portal
An invoice will be sent to all passengers attending or to the paying traveler with a payment link and payment schedule.
Each passenger will authorize their payment. Once processed, a receipt is sent along with an updated invoice that reflects the most current balance.
Excursions and Activities
One of the best things about booking with Kaysi's Travel Boutique, we are certified specialist in booking excursions to add more excitement to the trip.
Non-motorized sports are included in your package, based on the resort you pick, but if there are any other activities you would like to add, please know they will be an extra cost but they can be arranged by us or YOURSELF!
Know that anything booked, using this link is considered an outside expense and is not included in the package pricing.
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment.
This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates or air only. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Group Protection Plan Plus [GPP+] Pre-Departure Waiver
The following benefits are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.
Cancellations: You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the GPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. All cancellations on GPP+ must be received by Vacation Express up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or by 9am the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings.
A one time VE change fee will be waived per person with GPP+.
